Love the install crew and everyone involved

The install crew was top notch. They were honest and tried their best with the situation they were put in by a shady salesman. I should have know when he missed the accurate count of windows in the house this would go south quick.

Our crew was very good and showed much respect to our home and us. Very great team work.

Your pricing approach with various discounts is confusing and strange. I would prefer straight up prices from the start.

The installation team did a great job

Our project was large and took five days We replaced 15 windows and two exterior doors, and we added two new windows - one on each floor of our two-story home. The sales team were lovely people who were able to answer all of our questions, were not high pressure, and gave us no grief whatsoever when we made changes to our order part way through the process. Ive never seen a harder-working bunch than our installation crew. They are obviously used to working together because they were so efficient. They were on time every day and cleaned up daily. I especially want to commend Jack, our project manager, who is a perfectionist and definitely knows what he is doing, and who personally kept in touch with us during a delay while we had to wait for snow to melt off the garage roof so that they could safely install a new 2nd story window. Home improvement projects can be nerve-wracking, but our journey with Renewal by Anderson has been wonderful. These are quality windows, and they are beautiful.

As part of the removal process of my old double hung kitchen window, the installation crew did not initially realize the top portion of the window was screwed in place at the factory. This resulted in the team thinking the widow was 'painted shut' and they could get it out by forcefully pounding . prying on the window. As a result of this forceful pounding the trim molding (recently put up as part of the remodel) was knocked loose from the window frame and the new tile back splash that was installed two days before. The team came inside and reattached the trim molding, but this resulted in new nail holes that had to be repaired later. Luckily no damage was done to the tile work. Once they determined the window was screwed into the frame they were able to saw through the screws and remove the top window section. Once the window was removed the rest of the installation proceeded very smoothly.

Our experience was excellent. The Andersen product line is hands down the best. My wife and I think our windows and doors are the best selling point of our home now.
