Great very professional experience.

Josh and Justin and the whole crew were very kind, respectful, and patient. They were always willing to stop and answer any question I had. I was amazed that the crew seemed to like each other and worked well together. They did clean up when they were done. I have absolutely no complaints! I’d recommend their crew to anyone! And of course I love the windows!!

A Renewal by Andersen guy showed up at our door and said he'd been "working in the neighborhood" and wanted to see if we wanted to set up an appointment for a quote. The thing is, we live in a gated community where they aren't supposed to go door to door and when I spoke to the community security they said they had already thrown him out of the neighborhood once earlier in the day. These companies send people out to pretend to be helpful and set up an appointment and then a high pressure sales person comes in and tries to bully you into buying their product. They can never just give you a range idea of cost, something that any reputable business could do if they genuinely wanted to be helpful. Something like..."generally houses this size, upgrading to mid-range windows would be around x dollars". Nope, we can't tell you that, we have to set up an appointment with a salesman. Then they get in your house and try to pressure you and if you push back and tell them you don't want it then they get snippy with you and mad that you wasted their time.

We really appreciated our sales representative, Ted Henn. As a rule, I avoid salesmen! Ted was very helpful, informative, and did a great job walking us through the process and costs for our project. He didn't try to "sell" us anything but wanted to make sure that we understood all of the variations in window glass and design. Ted was very relaxed and enjoyable to do business with! Thanks Ted!!

Great experience shopping for new windows. Our salesman did not pressure us, made the conversation interesting and was honest in his evaluation of our windows.
