One problem after another with them. Was supposed to replace two front doors and two side doors On a two family house not only did the first time they cut the door the The wrong way so they couldn’t put it on. They also put the same locks on both apartments meaning same key for all four doors for two separate apartments, then it took seven weeks for them to come back With a replacement door for the one cut the wrong way but when they came back, it’s the whole wrong door and they still weren’t able to put the correct locks on. So now we have to go buy our own walks to replace on one of the apartments and I have a mismatch door on the front of the house ..I would never recommend them. This has been a nightmare experience.

Mike and Dan were absolutely fantastic. Extremely hardworking, polite, and detailed and explained everything well. They were patient with my dogs being all over the place and supervising every step. My experience with Replacement by Andersen has been excellent and every person, from my initial consultation with Charlene, Ivan for measurements and ordering, and then Mike and Dan for installation, has been beyond friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their role and the product. Mike and Dan took time at the end to go over how to properly open and close my new tilt windows and what not to do when closing them so I didn’t damage the mechanism afterwards by forcing a close or failing to allow the pulleys to engage after putting the windows back in the frame. I’m sure some installers just finish up the job and don’t take the extra time to explain the nuts and bolts to the homeowner. They did. Lastly, I can already notice a measurable difference in the warmth and lack of drafts in my house after getting the entire house replaced. My upstairs and kitchen by the sliding door used to be a bit drafty. Now the house is far cozier and I can envision a positive impact on my electric bill! Below is the before and after of the main bay window in my living room. I went with black for a different look!
