The customer service is a 2 at best. They are very disorganized after the quote process. Too many people involved and they don't seem to communicate well internally. I got a "not my department" response more than once. I paid $10k for 3 windows. They were installed. One had a problem while I got a quote to order a 4th. I cancelled the order on the 4th until they got someone out here to fix the first window. They fixed it, eventually, and to my satisfaction, but then when I asked to go ahead and order the 4th, they said the price went up since the first quote. The bidder said he spoke with his boss and that he would not change the higher price; I was annoyed but signed the order. The appt was made for a 12pm installation, yesterday. The installer showed up at 8am. I called the office and they are "sorry for the inconvenience". About the actual windows -- I ordered double hung windows and was surprised that they have no pull, or way to pull the top window down except by grasping the window itself, not even a thumb or finger indentation to get a grip to pull the window down. All in all, a bad experience with this company. I have two more double hung windows to replace, and I won't be calling them, at least not this particular franchise.

Excellent service! Had to fix grout that my toddler grandchild had dug out when it was wet. Re-did the entire grout. Great job, Kevin Nguyen.

Sofiane was thorough and competent. He patiently showed me how to open and lock my windows correctly. He carried heavy objects for me and tidied everything when he was done. Very professional overall.

Great service and easy to coordinate. It was $5k for the entire replacement but I’m happy with the results. One of our window panes had a small crack at the time of installation and they made it easy to replace. Efficient and clean.

The technician was very helpful and pleasant. The work was done proficiently and completed in a short time. He is a good representative of Renewal by Anderson and I am happy with the work and glad u have a good support system that takes care of previously installed doors. Sam
