Attention to details, very happy with the windows.

still waiting for final fixing of front door. Installer did not paint unpainted surfaces. After painting, he still missed spots. Missed alignment of hinge side to lock side. I can see sunshine thru my door in the morning on the top. Paid over $10,000. Getting service to finish my door replacement is getting old. Still no contact that was promised by Renewal by Anderson. Went from 3 stars to 2 stars. I'm getting the run around from you guys. When are you coming to fix my problem. 4/1/2026

Arquimides from Renewal by Anderson just replaced a broken handle on our window and did a wonderful job. He was able to get the window working better than before and was fast and efficient. I'm so glad I didn't try to take on this repair myself. This is something best left to the professionals.

I had a fantastic experience with Renewal by Andersen. Archimedes, the technician who replaced our windows, was incredibly professional. This team truly does what they say and says what they do. Archimedes even went the extra mile to lubricate a few of our existing windows so they glide smoothly. I love their "customer first" mindset and would gladly give them my business again!
