Marty was very thorough in telling me about the windows. We were very impressed by him.

Thanks for the five stars, Elizabeth!
I had new windows and a patio door installed by Renewal by Anderson and I cannot say enough good things about them. The crew that came out - team (720) made up of Logan, Austin, Larren, David and Joe did an amazing job. They covered all furniture and cabinets and put down rugs and runners and worked very hard and were meticulous. After they were done they swept, vacuumed and dusted - I think they could have a side job as house cleaners - 🤭. The final walkthrough with Logan and Austin went well and they answered all my questions. All in all I could not have been happier with the entire process. This is a wonderful company, great product and team that takes a lot of pride in their work. Thank you - Veronica

I set up an appointment with Renewal by Andersen to get a bid to replace all the windows in my home that was built in 2005. Ben Smith gave a very informative and hands on, detailed explanation of their entire service, from window frames, how there built to the glass components to installation. Andersen is all in house. The windows, frames and installation all done with their employees, no third-party contractors. The bid, pricing and pre-work order was good. With a install start date inMarch, I look forward to sharing the outcome upon completion of the job, but my overall rating of 5-stars at this time, is the experience so has been fantastic, sincerely Vince S

Matt and Josh A’s team did a very professional install. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no mess when they were done. We felt very comfortable with them in our home.

Measured for 3 sliding doors and fully explained the installation process. I just need to wait for fabrication followed by install.

I was canvassed and sold on Renewal by Andersen through an aggressive in home sales presentation that promised premium Fiberx windows, superior longevity, and strong warranty protection. The sales pitch was polished and confident, but the reality after signing was completely different. I agreed to a full window array at a price far higher than competing bids based on claims of quality, performance, and long term value. After installation, multiple windows developed serious issues including moisture between panes, operational failures, and visible defects. These were not cosmetic concerns and the windows were not performing as represented. When I contacted the company to have the problems corrected, I was blocked not by scheduling issues but by their own limited warranty language. I was told that under the Fiberx limited warranty the company is not obligated to repair the windows and that any remedy is at their sole discretion, meaning they may choose to repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of the defective component only if they decide it qualifies. The warranty further limits the customer’s exclusive remedy to whatever option the company determines appropriate, not what actually fixes the problem. Defects must materially impair the product as defined by the manufacturer, allowing real world failures to be dismissed as non qualifying. Labor, removal, reinstallation, trim work, drywall, paint, and any incidental or consequential damages are explicitly excluded even when the window itself is the cause of the failure. Environmental exposure, installation related issues, and performance expectations discussed during the sale are narrowly defined or excluded altogether. In practice, the warranty sounds strong during the sales process but is written to give the company full control after installation. When the windows failed, these limitations were used to deny repair, delay action, and ultimately avoid resolving the issue. Communication was poor, escalation requests were ignored, supervisor contact was withheld, and follow up was minimal to nonexistent. The experience made it clear that the high price is paid up front while the risk is pushed entirely onto the homeowner afterward. Between the high pressure sales tactics, inflated pricing, product failures, and a warranty structured to limit accountability, this was an unacceptable experience and one I would strongly caution others against before signing a contract
