Today 5/15/26 I had Brandon from Renewal by Andersen out to work on our patio door. He is the 4th or 5th person to work on it. He came in, assessed the door, and explained what it needed. I used to work in industrial maintenance, so I immediately knew he knew what he was talking about. He got tools from the truck and in a short time had the door operating properly. Brandon was very efficient. He replace a couple of small parts in the handle. If I even need ANYTHING on our Andersen door or windows, i will ask for Brandon to be dispatched. I’m very impressed with him work. If you even need repair on your Andersen doors or windows, call Renewal by Andersen and get Brandon for your service call.

This 5 star review is for my last installer, Brandon. The first two attempts to install the trim work were unsuccessful. The first time the trim work was damaged. The second time it was the incorrect size. When Brandon came out the third time, the trim work was painted white and was the wrong size. Brandon took it on himself to purchase materials to complete the project and came back the next day to finish it. I would not consider getting an entire house of replacement windows through Anderson. The installers worked hard and were polite and courteous and were good ambassadors for their company. Management needs a lot of improvement.

Brandon visited our church to address some follow-up matters with our front entry doors. Andersen installed the doors in the fall of 2025. He took care of a trip hazard and some door sealing concerns. He worked with Johnny Stout. Johnny's phone is outdated and the reason for the survey being sent to my phone. My name is Crit Fisher. Johnny told me that Brandon was sensitive to our concerns and made sure that he corrected them to his satisfaction.

Great experience getting one of my patio door panels replaced. The process was smooth and the quality is excellent. Brandon H. did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. Everything looks perfect and was left clean. The new panel looks great and fits perfectly. He also made sure everything was clean and in order before leaving, which I really appreciated.

Outstanding job doing a repair on my door. Service responded and sent a person the same day. Brandon looked at several issues and located the unusual, hard to find problem. Brandon fixed the problem and made some other adjustments to fine tune the door operation. Great communication!! Nice work by all!!
