Luke did a great job in contacting me to give me a time estimate of arrival, upon arriving introducing himself and explaining the objective for the visit. We walked through showing him each room in sequence, discussed what style window and hardware for each room and my four-footed buddy played escort for him as he went through each room to measure. BB told Luke could come back and play anytime. Before leaving, everything was reviewed, signed and notarized and the next steps explained and reviewed. The professionalism, timeliness and friendliness was great and refreshing. Great experience thus far!

Installers were very good about keeping my home clean and keeping me informed on what was being done. I love my windows just a bit overwhelmed with the price.
