Amazing Experience, professional and personal. Loved it!

Great company. Easy process from start to finish. Vasiliy and his crew were great to work with. He went around and described what they were going to do. Then at the end he went over and showed me the finished project and how the windows worked. He even tried to save a birds nest and then he build them a little nest the original didn’t work and saved the babies. Will definitely be using them again to finish the rest of our windows.

The quality of service and windows are great. Jami was a great sales person. John and Leo led an excellent installation team. They left my house cleaner than it was when they got there! Perfectly installed windows. Highly recommend, but pricy. You get what you pay for.

June 2027 To Whom It May Concern: The quality of Renewal by Anderson is well known. What I would like to take the time to applaud, however, is the installation team. My building has a unique architecture. Three floors were built on top of a two-story structure that was originally a garage built in 1930. Complications related to transforming the original roof into third-floor unit decks, along with numerous ComEd wires in the alley, were factors that needed to be addressed. My sales representative asked Dave King, Installation Manager, to come take a look at my unit. Dave took charge from the moment he walked into my condo. Dave truly sold me on the Renewal by Anderson product. He inspected the exterior of the building on multiple occasions and was present when the windows were measured so that we could review the installation plan yet again. He responded to more than one worry-filled phone call and always took the time to address my concerns. Dave handled the scheduling and installation of the scaffolding and was on-site throughout the installation process. The installation team was led by Leo. On the first day of installation, his crew moved quickly to safely cover my furniture and floors before beginning the demolition work. The team operated like a well-oiled machine, both inside my home and on the scaffolding. They worked from 8:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. to stay ahead of the next day's rain, installing 12 new windows throughout most of the living and dining room areas, as well as the guest bedroom. Before leaving that evening, the floors were vacuumed and most of the furniture had been returned to its proper place. The transformation achieved in just 12 hours was amazing. At 8:00 a.m. the next morning, Dave was checking in with me while Leo and his team were already back at work. The complex bedroom windows were being completed, the sliding door installation was finalized, and interior and exterior caulking continued. Again, Leo was like a conductor leading an orchestra. They finished before the rain arrived, but not before Leo took the time to explain all of the window features in detail while his team completed the final cleaning and straightening -even sweeping the third-floor terrace below . I could not be happier with Dave, Leo, and the entire installation team. A wonderful product, expertly installed, has made my home quieter, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. We chose Renewal by Andersen because of their reputation for outstanding customer service and quality, even though they were one of the most expensive quotes we received. We spent over $25,000 on our doors, expecting a premium experience from start to finish. Initially, everything was great. Our sales appointment was excellent, communication leading up to installation was prompt, and we felt confident we made the right decision. Unfortunately, everything changed after installation. We were left with instructions for the door keypads, but one of them didn’t work. I reached out to our “concierge” for help, and despite how responsive everyone had been before the sale, it took 3-4 follow-up emails just to get a response. It then took over a month for someone to come out. On the day of our scheduled appointment, they canceled and rescheduled for another day. When the technician finally arrived, they determined the keypad was defective and needed to be replaced—but they didn’t have the part. We were told they’d contact us when it came in. Once again, we had to follow up ourselves before anyone reached out, and about a week later they finally returned to install the new keypad. Then we were told the replacement lock required new keys, which would cost us $250. Since the defective keypad wasn’t our fault, we were told in June that we’d receive a $250 reimbursement check. We never received it. Throughout this entire process, I repeatedly asked for a supervisor’s contact information, and every single request was ignored. No one ever provided it or followed up. It’s incredibly disappointing that the level of customer service completely disappeared after they had our money. We paid a premium because we believed Renewal by Andersen’s promise of top-tier service, but our experience was the exact opposite once the installation was complete. The doors themselves are beautiful, but customer service is just as important as the product. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. 0/10. We regret not choosing one of the less expensive companies that valued their customers after the sale.
