Great one-stop shop for windows and doors replacement! We were impressed by the service provided by every Renewal by Andersen team member at each step of the process. First, one of their Design Consultant, Stephen, came to our condo and spent hours explaining the process, the different window styles, trims, etc., and answering our numerous questions. After some back and forth to clear all the details and get a final quote, we decided to move forward with the project. Then we had an Installation Project Manager, Justin, come over to take precise measurements, finalize all details, and make sure we understand everything before the installation. The last step was the installation itself which took place approximately 2 months from the order placement, which was faster than other providers we got a quote from. On installation day, the crew was on time and their Crew Leader, Leo, explained in detail what was going to happen that day and how long it was going to take. At the end of the day, the crew leader walked me through each window and demonstrated how each one functions. They did a fantastic job and left our place as clean as they found it. In a few days one of their painters, Raphael, came over to paint the window trims. He was so detail-oriented and made sure that the job was done perfectly. Throughout the whole process I was informed of the progress through their online portal as well as by emails from the Concierge that was assigned to our project. The new windows look great and I have no regrets paying premium for the quality and service that Renewal by Andersen delivered.

I had my patio door replaced and Andersons was extremely professional. The product is high quality and the team that installed the door was very efficient. Tomas came on a day where the weather was bad, and went above and beyond to not only complete the installation but reduce any effect of the weather on the rest of the house. I highly recommend going with Andersons!
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows is excellent and the installation was done professionally and efficiently. The crew was on time, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was explained clearly, and the final result exceeded expectations. My father is extremely happy with both the service and the craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Zero stars if it were possible. Please take your time and money elsewhere. Poor to nonexistent customer service to fix their faulty products, even when alerting their leadership. They delayed our project by six months, blaming each other between the supervisors, project managers, techs and service teams for ordering the wrong parts. There is zero accountability or action to resolution when we call and follow up for what’s within warranty. I promise the good reviews are because it’s new and shiny, yet when something goes wrong or is still wrong months later, they will treat you like garbage. This company does not care about their customers. All their techs, and I’ve met many over the course of several months, admit to their customers that supervisors and leadership do not care about their customers, and it shows. Listen to the negative reviews. We experienced wrong parts ordered several times, lack of quality bare minimum customer service for any business, delayed appointments for their errors they made in the first place, and attitude from supervisors. Their techs are hard working people, so it’s a shame they treat techs and customers terribly. At best, please do not work with them for doors. They all admit to, even the seller, supervisors, service teams, and techs, that they do not know how their doors and locks and products work. Why sell something you don’t know or bother to learn?
