My 83 year old mother had 3 doors replaced. Front door solid they put the peep hole so high that standing 5’9” I have to tip toe. The second door is glass and the metal inside rattles in the door. They came and looked and said yeah that’s a problem but now want her to pay to fix them. They were installed less than 30 days ago. They are a rip off!!

What a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. Our salesman Jeff Homady was exceptionally kind and professional. He explained the whole process, gave us numerous quotes on 3, 5, and 12 window installations. He showed us the windows they would install, even had a model with him that he set up and showed us the operational features and cost efficiency features. There was no pressuring or oversale. He simply came to our house, measured everything, gave us a quote and a card and said call him if we decide we want them. We did, he was amazing. He came back a day after we called him and measured everything out, sent the dimensions in for custom build, explained to us the time frame and told us to call with any questions. He was professional and polite and the nicest salesman we had ever met. The installers Brandon and Adam showed up a couple weeks later. They called on their way to give me exact time of arrival and arrived right on time. The first thing they did was greet us, lay down protective coverings over anywhere they would be working, explained everything they had to do and how long it should take. They were very skilled in their craft and very pleasant to be around. They allowed me to watch the whole installation, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. When they were done, they cleaned and left it better then it was before they came, helped me move furniture back (Thank goodness) and repeatedly asked if there was anything I needed or wanted to go over before they left. I thought that was it, but about 4 hours after they left, Jeff Homady called and asked to stop by. He inspected the work thst was done and made sure we were happy.....and we were very happy. What a Great Experience and thr new windows look Amazing...not just the window, but the attention to the little details like caulking and installation. WOW, JUST WOW.
