Newest update 12/17/25 About 15 months of getting door installed my yale digital lock no longer works. Service guys came out and are going to see what they can do. Very nice guys. I was advised to maybe call yale. Yale didn't sell me the lock. The lock was sold to Renewal by Anderson so I have no paperwork on the lock itself. I'll update how this plays out with my 10k door now. The service to sell the door I bought was great but the service after the sell and I wrote a check for 3k for a down payment I heard nothing. After 3 months I called and was told door is not made yet then I'm told after I call the door is made but we don't have the hardware to install the door. I wait some time again 4th month and I call and yep I complain as I feel it shouldn't take roughly 4 months and me calling asking where my door is. 6 months it took to get this door and at no time did the company call me once to tell me anything about my door they sold me. Guys did a great job installing the door. Don't be surprised if you write a check and hear nothing after purchase. This is one door, a single wide door but supposed great quality door. I can tell you at this time I wouldn't buy another product from this company. I paid 10k and had to reach out and ask about my door several times, 6 months and someone should been calling me telling me what was going on. Not sure how you feel but 10k is alot of money for a single door and I just expected better service and am very disappointed. At this point I wouldn't buy a single screw from this company. They showed me once the sell is done they could care less about the customer. Renewal by Anderson as their response to me was whoops sorry. They're all about getting your money and after that it's your job to ask where your doors and windows are and call repeatedly. Original review of selling me the door......... I recently had a home improvement appointment with Kristin Wray from this company that specializes in door installations and windows. As someone who has a tendency to overspend, I made a pledge to carefully consider prices before committing to any purchases. I had already visited multiple companies for household improvements and was disappointed with the overpriced options we was presented with. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised by Kristin's punctuality. She arrived at my home dressed professionally and immediately caught my attention with how well she greeted my dogs which run to the door and bark in curiosity as she was like a dog whisperer which immediately put me at ease along with the dogs. We then proceeded to discuss the door materials and quality at my kitchen table. I was impressed by Kristin's knowledge and expertise in the field. Someone with a masters degree in engineering would surely be impressed as it was evident as she went into great detail about the materials, manufacturing, and procedures of the new door installation. My wife and I were able to ask many questions, and Kristin patiently answered them all. I still was not convinced I'd be buying a door even after all this. After we viewed the samples and picked out the colors and options, it was time to see the price. I won't lie; the initial price was higher than we expected. However, once the discounts were applied and we took into consideration the quality of the door and storm door, as well as Kristin's professionalism, it made our decision easier. I have to admit, it was tempting to look for a cheaper option, but I have learned from past experiences that the quality of the product and the professionalism of the company can make a huge difference. I just want to give a special shoutout to Toni and let him know what an asset Kristin is to the team. Her knowledge, expertise, and friendly demeanor make her a valuable member of the company. I will update this review after the installation, but I have a feeling that I will be more than satisfied. No products was offered or promised nor provided for the review. Bowie and teddy says hello. I had Tommy Adamcik review the replacement of the window in my living room and found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable about the RBA product and processes that are required for installation of replacing windows. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs new windows installed.
