The process from the 1st phone call to RBA, to salesman, to measurements was flawless. Window were scheduled for 12 - 14 weeks out. To my pleasant surprise they were ready for installation weeks ahead of time! Chad and his crew were fast and efficient installers. They made very little disturbance in the living room and cleaned up with perfection. The crew demonstrated the workings of the windows and screens and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

Contacted Renewal to replace a large bay window with a picture window and 2 double-hung units. Chad and Sheldon were terrific. Very professional and personable. Their work was professional and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend Renewal.

We were very reluctant to hire someone because it seems difficult to find high quality work and reliable craftsmanship along with actual customer support. Plus, I have done construction throughout the years and do most of the work on my house myself. However, the front picture window is pretty large so we decided that we would take a leap of faith. We are very glad that we did. The entire experience from the salesman who did the presentation to the financing to the person who came to measure and then the installation along with the follow up customer service was 100% nothing but top notch satisfaction. You may pay a little bit more but you will get what you pay for trust me. If we could give 10 stars we would. ⭐️ Thank you to the entire team for keeping our faith in trusting outside workers to come into our home and make the experience a positive one. I’m including before and after pictures to show the amazing transformation.

I have to say that the overall experience was great! From ordering to installation. The only thing I would say is if they could provide status updates where they are in the build of the product that would be the 5th star. They were very meticulous on the installation and ensuring we were completely satisfied.

We recently had 2 exterior doors installed by Renewal by Andersen. Chad and his crew did a great job and were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up everything, tested keys/locks, and explained the process that was used to install the doors to accommodate any differences from the doors that were removed. We previously had all the windows in our house replaced by Renewal by Andersen so there was no other choice for us than to continue with the superior products that they provide.
