Excellent installation. They were so professional and so clean! Even hauled off one of my own boxes that needed to be taken away. Installed my e lock on the door. Cannot speak highly enough about their service!!!

Chris was amazing installing my windows! He got them all done in a day all by himself. He was super friendly also! Absolutely no complaints with him! The communication with renewal by Anderson was horrible. I had to email them to figure out when they are going to instal my windows. I was told November then it was mid December and we hit mid December and still haven’t heard anything. I messaged them and they finally responded and I gave them a date and they said they didn’t get my email. So my windows weren’t installed until January.

The two gentlemen who did my installation were very professional. On the inside of my house they were conscious of my new carpeting and new flooring, laying down tarps. Outside not a scrap could I find of the old windows and insulation could I find. Back inside they brought their own vacuum and cleaned any mess. Overall fantastic job. Highly recommend.

We purchased the door in July 2025 at which time we paid half of the order. Remainder paid in early November 2025 upon install. HOWEVER: 1. Upon install, we noted that the casing was not evenly stained and should be replaced. 2. We noted that the Door installation was not plumb leaving a weaker seal at the top. 3. At install, floor molding was broken during removal of the old door. The Sales person took the broken piece to get a new one made and said he would bring it back the next day. Didn't happen. So when Service came to replace the casing and install the floor molding, he did not have a correctly engineered piece although the Sales person took it with him and never returned it...a piece made for floating floors. 4. The sales person was sent to look at problems instead of the service person. 5. Communication within Renewal By Andersen was not good. Punch list issues we provided to our sales contact were not given to the service department. We had no service contact to interact with directly. Overall, this continues to be a disappointing and expensive experience. NOW it is Christmas Week 2025... Cody, the service person who came to our house to replace the casing was not aware that there was an initial concern about the lack of levelness/plumb of the door. He was not prepared to fix that plumb issue because 1-he didn't know about it and 2-he came alone. We must wait even longer for getting the door positioned correctly/plumb, the replacement of the flooring transition piece, the replacement of the casing. We paid 1/2 on ordering in July. Paid remainder in early November upon install. Now it is Christmas week 2025 and all we have is an ill-fitting door that leaks air, incorrectly stained inside casing, a gap between the door and our flooring, and a fully paid-for disappointment.
