I put 1/3 down on a new front door that was quoted at $15k. In agreement the project completion would take 3-4 months. That was on 4/6/26. Expecting to hear any day now about scheduling installation I received a TEXT advising the estimated project installation would be October 2026. That is a timeframe of 6 months. So far I’ve not received a complete response but have been advised the delay is due to a fire at the production plant? If the project was to take potentially 90 days does that say my project has not even started production yet?

Had a really wonderful install with Todd and his crew of Zach and Trey for Renewal by Andersen. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and cleaned up the job site afterwards. The job was scheduled for two days during the hottest days of the summer (so far!) when unexpected water damage was uncovered. Todd and his team were able to quickly pivot and offered solutions. Truly a job well done by the install team and how quickly they were able to communicate with production and sales! Absolutely recommend!!

Took delivery of our windows today. The crew arrived on time as scheduled. The office kept us informed every step of the way. We were scheduled for 3 weeks later and due to a scheduling issue, the office was very flexible with matching our needs. The installers, Ryan, Alex and later in the day, Hunter were extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Overall exceptional process. Would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone who has an appreciation for Top Quality.
