Our experience so far with Jules and Nick Has been easy to navigate. They have been very helpful and explained everything in detail. They worked with our budget and made sure that we got the best deal possible well still getting the products that we needed most. Perfect - it couldn't have gone better, from first contact to install complete. Three windows w/ one hard to get to. Job was estimated to be a 4-6hr start to finish, but was stressed that it'd be nearer the 6 than the 4 of the estimated time. Day of install, two guys showed up on time (very nice guys. Polite, courteous and friendly). They were done the "It'll be a 4-6hr job, but most probably closer to 6hrs" job in a smidge over 3hrs. Half the time that was estimated by no fewer than 3 different people. From the initial call to request a visit for a quote, the scheduling of that quote, the quote meeting itself, then scheduling the install date, to the install, everyone involved was professional and friendly. Then the install done by two great guys that I couldn't have improved one thing about (not even a spec of dust left behind as evidence they were here) and the 3 windows, "6hr" job being done in 3hrs...I can't say enough about how great this company and their people are. And then the windows themselves. I'd seen pictures and held a sample during the quote. I knew they'd be new and good but I didn't think they'd be this good nor this good looking from inside or out. Plain and simple: if you're using Google reviews to help decide which window company to use, this Andersen BC customer says "Look no further - call these guys" 11/10 Thank you Renewal by Andersen BC. You exceeded my expectations, by a mile.

I live in Tappen BC. Oleksandr and team installed my windows and doors. They went over and above for me and I am extremely happy with the finished product. They were very professional and extremely courteous. I would have no problem referring this Company to anyone.

Had several windows and doors replaced on house. Product was good. Installers were great. However after a completion, customer service was very poor. They forgot to add a lock for the sliding door that was installed. 2 months later with constant emails and text. Still nothing resolved.

Rodion and Oleh from Renewal by Anderson, were by far one of the best contractors we've had on our house reno project. They were professional and very CLEAN!!! You would never know that I had 10 windows and front door replaced! The windows and door look fantastic! Im very very happy with the end results! Well done!!!
