Find Renewal by Andersen in Vancouver, BC

Hi everyone… I really would like to share my experience with Renewal by Andersen! I live in Trail B.C. I dealt with Travis & Simon for the actual presentation & they were both great…. very professional & informative! I really liked that they didn’t try to push the sale on me!! Today I dealt with Ken & he did a great job as well! So if you’re in Trail or the surrounding area I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!!

Dustin was very informative while here to measure the window and door spaces. Very pleasant and personable. Explained the process and answered questions well. J Bertramm Mikliak, Vlad, and Danya installed our windows and doors on March 2 - 3 doing a very professional job. They were polite and worked steadily until finished and cleaned up the house of construction debris before leaving. We are impressed with the job done. Love the new Anderson windows and doors. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. The grant that I qualified for was not allowed as the ratings on my windows were too high. They need to be 1.22 and mine were 1.67. I therefore lost out on $9500. They admitted that they don’t know the uv factor on the windows until they leave the factory and are installed. They have given me no money back saying they never have paid out before . I am so disgusted with this company. Be very aware of what you order if you have a grant or rebate. I would give them zero stars if I could

The employee visited us following our request. He demonstrated excellent character, extensive industry knowledge, and strong confidence in his work. The installation was completed on the scheduled date as promised. Everything proceeded smoothly from start to finish. There were no mistakes, no errors, and no issues throughout the entire process. The office team maintained excellent communication, calling and coordinating with us before, during, and after the installation. This level of follow-up reflects an ideal customer service approach. The only downside — and the reason we would deduct 3 points out of the ten — is that these very expensive windows do not include a proper handle to move the window panes. The frame is so small that I have to place my fingers on the edge of the frame to slide it from one side to the other. This is both frustrating and impractical for daily use. It feels surprising that such a premium product lacks a basic practical feature. It becomes difficult to confidently recommend the same window to others when such an important usability detail is missing.
