We recently had a quote done with Dillon.Great customer service, friendly and gets things done in timely manner in Prince George. We decided to go with replacing a few windows and terry came with final measurements within 2 days so we could get the order rolling. Both were great to deal with and made sure we understood everything about the windows being installed. I highly recommend
Please stop disguising junk mail flyers as real mail. There is no “important notice enclosed”! It’s just junk! Stop! EDIT: I see the business owner has responded. I want to emphasize that I expect junk mail and understand it’s unavoidable, but at least it is easily recognizable for disposable. This is purposefully disguised as real mail, a deceptive, dark practice. Do you have any idea how well this deceptive practice works on the elderly? I suspect you do, and that’s why you follow this dark pattern.

Renewal by Andersen appointments were kept as planned, right on time. Jamie and Mike were very polite and courteous. The complete window replacement process was explained and all our questions and concerns were put at ease. We are looking forward to the install. We had Rod Godfrey from Nanaimo come in and assess our windows/door ahead of installation. We were VERY impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge! He actually saved us money! We will be looking forward to working with him and his crew during installation! EDIT: Renewal by Anderson has been a top notch experience from day 1, from Ken Dunsire in sales to Rob Godfrey, installation manager coming by to ensure we are all good to go and happy with our order before processing, to Malorie Nguyen checking in quite often communicating with us from the beginning to after installation. Vlad and his team were execellent! We are extremely happy with the installion process. They were very respectful, ensuring there were no traces of dirt, dust or garbage anywhere left on the property! Vlad and his team were VERY efficient and made sure we were happy with all that they did before leaving the job! I really can't say enough about our experience with Renewal by Anderson, Very professional!
