Renewal by Andersen crew, Igor, Slava and others, were exceptional in all aspects of our 6 window replacement project at the back of our townhouse unit. I’m honestly shocked by our experience with Renewal by Andersen. My elderly mom had been seeing their ads everywhere, on TV and in the mail promoting big discounts (up to 40% off), so she thought it would be a good, reputable company to try. All she needed was to replace a simple, standard-size patio sliding door. Nothing custom, nothing fancy. They came out, measured, and then quoted her $21,000. It was honestly unbelievable. For a basic sliding door, that price felt completely unreasonable and, frankly, offensive. The next day they called back and said the best they could do was $18,000 supposedly after applying all discounts and promotions. Still completely out of touch. We then got quotes from two other companies for the exact same type of sliding door, double-pane glass, standard size, with insulated glass using argon gas and full installation included and both came in around $4,000. That’s a massive difference for essentially the same product and scope of work. While the reps were polite and professional, the pricing felt extremely inflated. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing to anything by them. Don’t be swayed by the advertised discounts, they don’t seem to reflect real value. There may be situations where this company may make sense, but for a straightforward project like this, the pricing was completely unreasonable.

We recently had a quote for a living room and two bedroom windows from Consultant Ken Dunsire. Follow-up measurements and window installation details were confirmed in person two days later by Installation Manager Graham Brix. Both representatives were professional and thorough. In particular I appreciate the extensive measurements taken by Graham. We look forward to the final installed windows.

We were very happy with our experience! Jacob was a great sales person who took the time to explain the benefits of different styles/options and gave us a few different quotes. We did 5 windows and the installation went smoothly! Our house feels way warmer and looks much nicer too. Jacob kindly showed up on install day to check on things and drop off some wine, which was much appreciated! They're not the cheapest company out there but they were worth it.
