Design Consultant came to have a look at our broken glass window and told us that the full frame needs to be replaced and cost would be around $12k. He used fear based and misleading tactics to push us to sign up for that quote then and there. We took a second opinión and got just the glass replaced for a fraction of the cost .it looks like new now.
