Design Consultant came to have a look at our broken glass window and told us that the full frame needs to be replaced and cost would be around $12k. He used fear based and misleading tactics to push us to sign up for that quote then and there. We took a second opinión and got just the glass replaced for a fraction of the cost .it looks like new now.

I have had a very positive experience dealing with Dustin from this company today. He came to do the final measuring for my friend's windows, so we can proceed with our project of upgrade of my friend's townhouse. Dustin was very professional, astute, well-spoken and articulate in describing the specs to us. He showed us examples to clarify things & made suggestions that were very helpful.
