I had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson. The sales rep, Stephen, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate the superior craftsmanship of their doors and windows. The process was clearly explained and this is a company that takes real pride in its work. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed forward with the installation due to personal reasons. However, I will be having Renewal by Anderson install my doors and windows when the time is right. Their customer service line was also easy to follow and got you on the phone with a real human quick, instead of giving you the robots and runarounds that are so common place nowadays. I'd give six stars if I could!

I want to thank RBA for supplying such a quality product.and that installation matters! When working with the product manager "Nick" on an installation error, he went above and beyond to provide corrections to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. RBA should be fortunate that he is on their team! Nick chose superior carpenters to correct the installation and their work was impeccable! Thanks to "Carrie" who was always available for consultation!

From the start of our project until it's completion, everything was seamless. Our representative Ryan thoroughly evaluated our windows and doors, explaining the process the entire way through. We were shown samples and photos and working with him was easy as everything was explained and we did not feel at all that we were being pressured to buy. An additional rep Thomas came to accurately measure the windows and doors Follow up with RBA was excellent and timely. We were kept informed of the delivery date, all appointments were confirmed. As to the actual installation process, it was seamless and flawless. The agent from RBA Angelica was truly an angel! She called several times to inquire as to how the process was proceeding. I cannot speak more highly of the installation crew. Junior, Kim and Angel were true craftsmen and were so skilled at their work. They were timely, neat and orderly. Junior being the main person kept us informed of what was happening, projected timeline and then accompanied us to review the completed job and gave us a complete demonstration of how the doors and windows operated. Can't say enough positive things about our experience with RBA. We are very happy and satisfied and the windows and doors look beautiful!

The work was completed in three days and the house was spotless. The workers were professional and polite.Couldn't have asked for more.
