Thirteen double hung high efficiency tempered glass cottage windows were installed today and I could not be more pleased with them or the whole experience from the initial sales call, to the follow up visit to measure the windows precisely, to the final installation. Top notch company providing top notch windows and service. Interior and exterior trim looks better too. I was told it would take two days but a 5 man very polite and professional crew showed up and installed them in one day and were meticulous in every way. Would highly recommend this company. Will use them again soon to install a new double wide sliding glass and a storm door. I almost can't wait. The whole experience—from the initial sales consultation, to the follow-up measurements, to the final installation by their two-man crew—was not just painless, it was pleasant. Everyone followed strict Covid protocols putting us all at ease. The materials (door and fixtures, the interior and exterior trim) are clearly top quality and the workmanship clearly top notch. During the instal, the work area around the door on the inside was completely sealed off from the house. In going with Renewal by Andersen, we knew we had the made the right decision. Very easy to open and tilt in for cleaning and the screen is virtually invisible. The installers (a crew of three) were beyond professional. They were efficient, careful and remarkably unobtrusive. They worked with great care, communicated clearly, and left everything immaculate. I couldn’t be more pleased with their workmanship and the smooth, stress-free experience. I would highly recommend Renewal By Andersen for any window or door project.

The delivery went very well, the guys were very professional and cleaned up nicely after they installed the screen and door. The order of the door and delivery date were big misses for me, lack of communication and callbacks lowered this 5-star rating to a 2. I called several times over the course of two months, but James never got back to me. They finally reached out to me a full 3 months after he sat in my house and said I should have delivery within 30 days. Given how much we spent, we expected a more professional level of communication. We thought of canceling the order, but decided that if we did so, we would risk waiting for a refund and having to find another vendor. That said, the product and delivery was great, the ordering and delivery date was as bad as I've experienced with any vendor.
