The Better Business Bureau ratings represent the BBB's opinion of how a business is likely to interact with its customers. Ratings are assigned from A+ (highest) to F (lowest). To be an Accredited Business, the BBB must determine that the business meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
