Worse place to get doors or window. Waited 6 months to get them and the installers dropped part of the sliding glass door and it had to be replaced. Waited another 2 months to get the replacement. I also had two other doors installed and they both would not stay open. I was told by the service tech this is normal and nothing could be done about it. Another service tech came out to fix the panel on the sliding glass door and he tried to it but it will still not stay open. Then I realized the sliding glass door screen was not installed properly so I called again the service tech never showed to fix it. Their doors and windows are so over priced because they have no competition in my area. I would not recommend them to anyone. They act like their doors and windows are so much better but I have found the same thing at Home Depot or Lowes. When I get the others ones replaced I will order them there and have my son install them. He would do a better job and is more reliable.

We love our new doors and windows! From the initial consult to the final install, RBA could not have been more professional. They helped us match our needs with perfect replacements that stayed within our budget. Installation was clean and seamless, and the installation team was most helpful in answering our questions. Even a minor glitch in the order was resolved when they pointed out that we would be getting a free hardware upgrade to solve the problem. Thanks, RBA, for the upgrade to our home!

We recently had new windows installed by Renewal by Andersen in Evansville, Wyoming, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had such a great experience with Renewal by Andersen when we lived in South Dakota that calling them again felt like an easy decision. The windows they installed before were excellent, and the crew was professional and thorough. Unfortunately, our experience this time around in Wyoming has been the complete opposite. We had a new front door installed just a few months ago, and since then we’ve already run into three separate issues. The most frustrating part? One of the components we paid for was never even installed. That’s not a minor oversight—that’s a basic failure to deliver what was promised. When you’re spending this kind of money, you expect quality work and attention to detail. Instead, we’ve been stuck dealing with repeated problems that have nothing to do with wear and tear or how we use the door. These are workmanship issues, plain and simple. It’s incredibly disappointing to go from such a positive experience with the same company to this level of carelessness. At this point, it feels like we paid a premium price for subpar results and ongoing headaches.
