Dominic Myers was knowledgeable of the industry and various material and efficiency of windows. Patient with me and answered all my questions about products. Showed us various options and estimates to fit our budget. How Renewal by Anderson makes their windows and the material they use which are more efficient then vinyl windows and their longevity.

I'm getting real tired of being harrass d by your company we have told you several times we are not interested! We even have a no soliciting sign yet y'all have still ignored that even when I pointed it out when you came by in the fall and still proceeded to try and sell me on windows despite me me pointing out the no soliciting sign and the guy then said well it looks like you can afford a new door as if the price is even comparable to 40k worth of windows! My husband called then asked to stop being bothered and now today we got stuff in the mail from you trying to make a sell with a written letter. Enough! We don't want your damn windows and if we ever did get to where we were ready to get new window that yes I know we need we certainly won't be using you since you can't respect our request to be left alone about it. If your sales guys come through our gate this spring again too ignoring the sign on the gate they will be treated as a trespasser!
