No call, no show for the appointment. We called in 20min after when they should have arrived. We were told they were 10min away. We are now an hour and a half past appointment and no call, no show. We had plans today, as it is my birthday, but waited for these guys. Apparently for nothing. I expected so much more from this company. Thanks for ruining a special day due to being so inconsiderate to not even give a call to say you weren't coming.

The entire experience from meeting with the sales representative to the installation crew was quite exceptional. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the materials and installation crew. I am looking forward to replacing further windows in the near future.
