This review is for Taylor R, Brandon B and Brian S. Three of the nicest gentlemen anyone could ask for! They were prompt, worked with care and were very clean. The work they did was just beautiful and we are so pleased with the outcome. Our windows are absolutely beautiful. I wish I was computer savvy enough to include pictures but at 77 years old, I am not. Taylor R was the lead man and was such a gentleman, and so informative in explaining everything about our new windows. Although I didn't have a chance to speak to Brandon B and Brian S, they seemed very friendly and smiled at me and did a beautiful job of cleaning up. All in all, the entire experience of replacing our two front windows was very positive.

Deceptive salesman. BEWARE. My windows are beautiful. But we spent the $$$ because we were assured everything was covered forever AND transferable. He told us "that's 1 of the reasons we cost a little more" Having dogs we thought wow okay. Well that is a lie. Just FYI. Only manufacturers defects. So after spending an HOUR gaining our trust, he lied. I feel so stupid. Don't be like me

Had two casement windows installed by Joey N. And Dylan K. and very happy with the installation and quality of the windows. Hard working and knowledgeable installers who really want you to be happy with their work. When they left you could not tell they were even here, except for the beautiful window's. We love our new Renewal by Andersen windows! Cody H., Eric T. and Tyler C. were our installers and worked together as an amazing team! They were always prompt, kept us very informed through the 3 day process of replacing the windows in our whole house. They put down protection on our floors, covered nearby furniture with plastic, were very considerate covering their shoes when they entered the home and cleaned up everything each day. They were precise with measuring and installing details and demonstrated and explained how the windows worked. They were all polite and friendly. A great team and we have beautiful windows now! I want to give a shout out to Bill Sevey from Renewal by Andersen, who did my window installation. He managed to single handedly replace 6 windows in one day in my old house. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his efficiency. Thanks Bill!

Ryan and Dave did a great job installing my windows. Ryan was especially adept addressing the irregularities of my window dimensions. He even cut my window trims to match those throughout the house. They also repaired some dry rot in order to insure a stable foundation for my new windows.

Love everything about this business. From Mike, who walked me thru how the windows are made to developing the style I wanted for my house; the techs who come out and measure each and every window; to the installation workers who were precise and respectful of my property and home. Every aspect was professional yet very friendly... and they loved my big dogs! I chose them again for the 2nd year - phase 2 of my home projects to include doors. I was initially unsure if the price I was paying was reasonable until a friend of mine paid 2/3's of my price for 3 windows to my 9 with special add-ons. 5 star for sure!

My house is a circa 1925 Spanish bungalow in Pacific Grove. The kitchen windows were single pane originals except for 3 the previous owner had replaced with Vinyl windows. They were awful during hot and cold days with no insulation;the replacement windows as well. I went with Anderson and am very pleased with the window quality and the installation! My install was not easy and the installers were here 9:45 to 5:30 for just 6 windows. The outside was done really well too and I don’t have to repaint. My installers were Vladamir and Eugene who have been installing windows for 10 years. Would highly recommend them!!
