These guys are great!! Logan and Dawson put in 3 doors for us in two days. They walked us through the mechanisms and answered every question that we threw at them. The doors are beautiful and sturdy- I am thrilled with the framing…everything looks perfect!! We have used Anderson for both our windows and doors- it’s a great company with quality products, but they also have really terrific, well trained install teams. We recently had Renewal by Andersen replace 10 windows in our home. The old windows were installed over 10 years prior, before we owned this house, and none were installed correctly. The old windows had all the tabs cut off and were simply slid into place and screwed down. Ryan and Luis from Renewal by Andersen were the crew that removed the old windows and installed the new ones. I can’t say enough about Ryan and Luis as the installation team. They worked well together. They each know a lot about the windows and home construction. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated by me. They finished the scheduled 3-day job in just under 3 days. Their workmanship is top-notched. On day 3, they installed the two specialty windows. They custom-built the trim work for these windows onsite and to the exact specifications. I’m very happy with they way these look. I also really appreciated being kept apprised of the project status. I had great concerns, since we live in Washington, that wood rot would be an issue. They kept me informed and showed me that rot was not an issue. We did have one issue along the way. There was one window that had 120V wiring inside the window framing. Ryan showed me this issue and worked with me to install that window the next day after I was able to have my electrician confirm how to reroute the wire and then I safely remove the old wire from the window framing. I had numerous questions along the way. Both Ryan and Luis were great at answering all my questions. I have great confidence in Renewal by Andersen windows and great trust in Ryan and Luis as the installation team.

We recently had a RBA door installed. The two installers were Skyler and BJ. They were very polite and professional. As a person who worked with various contractors as a building/fire department official, I really appreciate very competent contractors. Skyler and BJ were very competent and it showed in the install. When they were finished they cleaned up the work area and removed the old door. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants their mind at easy knowing you have the right people doing the job. From the in home consultation to installation this was a very pleasant experience! We absolutely loved the sales lady, Carrie. She was super knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. The guy who came in for the tech measure was very efficient and thorough. I especially appreciated that he was very clear about what would and would not be possible for our space and let me know exactly how to best prepare for installation day. Taylor R.
