Marianna Mazzoni was very informative about the company and options pertaining to the replacement of 3 windows, including a Bay Window. We cannot say enough about Renewal by Anderson. From the start to finish. The crew was fantastic. Incredible windows. We went with them for a 2nd round of windows. Worth the $$$

this 1 star review is based on poor; non existing customer service post-installation. The screen from our second floor bathroom window literally fell out of the window on its own, resulting in damaging the screen. Our salesperson contacted the service department on our behalf at least the second 2 of 3 times I reminded him. I reached out to the office myself. Twice. I was not contacted either time. It is mid-August. This has been going on since June 19th. Maybe all the negative comments are warranted after all. I sure hope our $24k spent on 9 windows is not a dumb idea!!
