Sales presentation was professional, informative and she displayed actual window and its workings. Main office kept us up to date on the manufacturing process and scheduled the delivery and installation promptly. Installation crew was very good and efficient; explaining the proper use of the windows once they were installed. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Disposed of old windows and left the work areas clean. Would recommend!

Had new slider to the deck, front door, and fire door from kitchen to garage installed. Have been questioning installers and managers about the reality that the fibrex door is in fact a fire door. The answers I get are: 1- there’s a sticker on it that says it’s a fire door (I can put a sticker on an orange that says it’s an apple. Just because a sticker is on it, doesn’t make it what the sticker says!) 2 - it’s very heavy, 3 - my contact says it’s a fire door, 4 - they give me literature that says it’s a fire door. There is nothing on their website indicating that they even make a fire door. Online sights say - renewal by Anderson does not make a fire door because they do not meet code. The only so called metal in the door is pieces of fiberglass. I would like to see a video showing that this door will hold back fire and smoke for 20 minutes!!! I am currently waiting for a copy of confirmation that this door is NFPA 252 and/or UL10 certified. They have been giving me a total ‘run around’!!!

They look great but only had 4 replacements done and very expensive for a 50+ senoir. Sort of feel like I was taken advantage of after getting contuous adds for other window and door replacement companies.

Amazing, truly amazing. They did a fantastic job on our old 1886 farmhouse. Yes, it is expensive, but yes, it is quality. We don’t regret one thing from using Renewal by Anderson, professional, on time, and clean, top-of-the-line product that we noticed a huge change with noise level immediately. When you want the best, just go with the best.

Awesome service from when they talked with going from door to door to getting approval for some windows with Dan Hendrickson and explaining everything that will happen to get new windows. I will be coming back to get my other windows installed. Thank you and great chatting with you Dan.

Dan Hendrickson was amazing! It was our free quote & was worth 90 mins ! He answered all of our questions and was able to do the walk-through around the house/windows (internal &external). He was very thorough, knowledgeable and was able to show us example of the products and showed examples as to what the windows could look like on his tablet, which was really cool! He gave us a good quote &explained what they have to offer. Went over our “what if” plans and was very helpful!
