I first met with my window consultant, Tom, 4-5 years ago while we lived in MT. Last December I scheduled a consult for three new windows in our new home in WY. Who shows up? Yep, Tom! And he even remembered me from prior consult! Same great attitude and experience. This time, we were ready for windows! Every step of the way from consult to confirmation, scheduling to installation and finish follow up has been top notch service with professionalism! Thank you, RBA! In June we had most of the windows replaced in our log home on Union Pass outside of Dubois. We had put Andersen windows in a previous home in Torrington, so we were familiar with the quality. These windows are definitely an investment, but the quality and installation are so exceptional that we feel they are well worth it. From design through installation, the process was smooth and worry-free. We love our new windows and couldn't be more pleased!

Kitchen window, dining room window and new front door. Installation was done before lunch and the crew did a great job installing. The windows are top-notch as is the door - the keyless entry works great and you can open it with your phone. These upgrades are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and so far, the Andersen products have been worth it!

Jim Bob was excellent to work with and answered every question I had. He was very prompt on calling us back also. Joe and his crew were very professional and did a great job on installion and clean up. They will be our first call for future windows and doors. Thank you for everything.

🙂We recently had our new door installed from RBA. The installers arrived on time, were quick to install, and did a great job cleaning up after installation. Our cat enjoys sitting at one of the side light windows to watch the world go by, and we have peace of mind knowing or young Wolfhound can no longer let himself outside to roam.
