Whole process was great once I heard back from Renewal by Andersen. Did a video chat so they could see what the problem was with two doors I bought from them. Neither door closed properly. George fixed both doors expertly. Now they're working better than new. He also replaced rollers on the sliding glass door and sealed it so there's no obvious air leak. Garage door never closed properly and now it closes snug and tight with zero effort. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen. They stand behind their products with excellent warranties and excellent, well-trained, professional staff.

We had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen of Westchester from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly communicated every step of the way. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and kept the work area very clean, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor issues after the initial installation, but their team responded quickly and came back shortly thereafter to address everything. They made sure all concerns were fully resolved, which speaks to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, we’re very happy with both the product and the service, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

George my technician was absolutely outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused He performed a thorough diagnostic evaluation and then proceeded to complete the necessary repairs. My sliding doors are operating just the same as the were upon the initial installation
