Generally happy with the work that was done. But a few days after we discovered that the screen on one of our French doors was not properly installed. We are wait for someone to come and remedy this problem.

Great experience from Sales person Nick Patentos to installation with Sarah and her team The bay window at the house had a crack, windows were not able to open properly and heat was been escaping. The decision to contact Renewal by Anderson was an easy one and the Sales Rep Nick came by the house . He was very professional and knowledgeable on the demos he provided. He gave us options and listened to what was needed. He was honest in the product and service offer by the company . He went beyond in making contact with other companies in providing a service in getting our awning removed before installation. He remain in contact throughout the process which I truly respected . The installers Sarah and the team were truly amazing and very pleasant . They work quick ,clean and professional in the job been done. Sarah provide pictures of every step been done with the installation. Always on hand to answer any question. I must also mention production and finance in keeping us inform through the process. Checking in on the days before and on the day of installation. Overall, have a great experence and love the professionalism of everyone . I am truly happy and would surely recommend such company to others Thank you all

The entire process of replacing and upgrading the windows in my family room was flawless. They removed the old doors and windows which were corroded and replaced with the new ones flawlessly. All in one day!!! Measurements were perfection and quality of materials is excellent. The workers were competent, polite, helpful and efficient. I am extremely pleased with Anderson. This is the second time I have used RBA and I recommend them very highly.
