We had an older window attached to our 1921 home that clearly had insulation problems during our very cold winter. Having previously worked with Andersen to replace all of our other windows, this remaining odd-sized window presented a unique challenge. Jim Lester became incredibly creative, actually redesigning and custom-cutting an alternative solution that turned into a beautiful enhancement to our kitchen. Every member of the project team — from measuring, permits to scheduling and installation — demonstrated top-notch professionalism throughout the process. Janacek, the installer, is a gem in his own right. We are so grateful for the meticulous attention, respect, and care that he and his team brought to the project. Their craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

We purchased a patio door from Andersen. Our salesman LJ was very friendly and professional. I really like that he helped us secure a good financing option. He also came to our house on the day of install to check on everything which felt above and beyond to me. When there was a problem with the contract, he was available by phone to troubleshoot. Our installer worked very quickly and finished the job in less time than we anticipated. When we alerted the team about 2 problems he came back and fixed both things beautifully. I also really like that they just take the old door away, all the garbage. absolutely nothing for us to clean up. You get what you pay for so we though it was worth it.

The installers arrived very punctually, did the job very efficiently and quickly, and were very personable. The new windows look great and the areas were left spic and span. One would never know that anyone was here, let alone that a sizeable project was accomplished.

Great technician- very knowledgeable and helpful

They have the nicest and most professional staff! Today, they sent George to reinstall a lock piece which was ordered. He came on time as indicated by his texts and was very thorough. I had mentioned I had a problem with my hand strength so to please make sure the lock opened without much more effort than had been before. He took his time ensuring that we would be able to keep our door secure and optimally locked, yet still it would open without any stress on my hands.
