Our project was completed by Logan Bryant and Steven Rocha. Our contract spelled out every detail and Logan and Steven made sure every detail was completed to perfection.Logan kept us informed about every aspect of the project, upon completion he reviewed every detail.

The crew from Renewal by Anderson did an excellent job replacing our windows. It was 95° the day they came. I was worried about my flowers, but they worked around them. They worked tirelessly. They cleaned up everything and left with a thank you for choosing Anderson.

Excellent experience with the installation John, Tyler and the team installing my new front door. The door does as I hoped which is upgrading the entire initial presentation as well as providing a high quality product. The overall experience has been excellent from my meeting with Kelly, choosing the product, scheduling, then the professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly installation team. I replaced 12 windows in my home with Renewal by Anderson windows through Mr Roger’s in VA. I’ve been wanting to do this for years so I’m super happy that I finally pulled the trigger and did it. The original windows were all single pane wooden windows from the 1950s, and the new ones are so much quieter (sound dampening) and they let in so much more light. I’m beyond pleased with the results and quality of the new windows. I’m really excited for the feature where you can tilt the window into the room to clean the outside of the glass. No more worrying about hiring someone to clean the second floor windows when a bird poops on it, lol. One of the new ones is a big single window replacing a pair of windows that were side by side. The installation team took care of removing the wood pieces that were between the two old windows and the ledge at the base and now it’s one big opening with a brand new wood ledge. (It’s the picture I included that has the hanging cat bed.) For anyone who is considering doing this: The installation process lasted 3 days with a crew of 3 guys and everything in total cost $31k for the 12 new windows, installation, lead paint removal, haul away of the old windows, and screens for the windows. They seem to have a good warranty, too. The installation team from Mr Roger’s was amazing as well. They communicated really clearly, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and their workmanship was excellent. I have zero complaints. 10/10 stars.
