Josh A, Errin, and their crew were amazing for our window install today. I am NOT a morning person but these guys showed up 10 mins early with smiles and worked hard to get our windows and backdoor installed from morning to afternoon. They were professional, cleaned up as they went, and overall the install and windows look great. Really happy with the experience with Renewal by Anderson thus far. The price is expensive and we couldn't afford to do every window, but pleased with what we were able to get and I hope we can do the rest of the house later.

The Anderson representative was very thorough with his presentation. He was right on time for our appointment. He explained the value of having Anderson windows. We were sold came see the value of ordering them. Can’t wait for them to be installed.

I paid $12,514 for one entry door, one storm door, and one small picture window because I was promised premium products, workmanship, and service. Instead, every single product was a huge disappointment. The original storm door arrived damaged and scratched. The replacement door now has a visible crack where the frame sections are not properly connected. The window was scratched during installation. Removing the scratches required new caulking, which had to be improved after I complained. The interior of the window is grayish instead of white I requested, and I have been told nothing can be done about it - “that’s our white” they said!! The entry-door handle originally wobbled and was difficult to operate, the locks scratched the frame after barely a month, and the door still does not close as demonstrated during the sales consultation. I have spent an absurd amount of time documenting defects, making calls, accommodating repeat appointments, and inspecting corrective work. I did not pay $12,514 to become Renewal by Andersen’s unpaid quality-control inspector. After all this, Renewal by Andersen offered only a 20% discount, as though partial repairs erase the defective products, wasted time, remaining problems, and enormous difference between what was promised and what was delivered. The most polished part of this entire project was the sales pitch. Everything afterward was damage control. I have photographs and videos supporting this review. I deeply regret this purchase and absolutely cannot stress enough how bad their products are. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. Save yourself the trouble and money and give your business to someone else - it can’t be worse than this, but I’m sure it’ll be cheaper.
