These guys have a great product and a great team doing the installs. If you like getting multiple quotes, call the "other guys" first. Renewal was the first company to give a quote and they offer a 5% discount on the price if you agree on the day of the quote. We love the windows although we never had the opportunity to check what the competitors were offering because the discount was very appealing.

Renewal by Andersen replaced 7 windows in our home. They are so professional every detail was covered. Jose one of the installers came to repair a screen that didn’t for properly. It was identified by Andersen project manager Tom and send to the service and scheduled right away. Jose did a great job to repair the screen fit on site in less that 30 mins. Your television commercials are absolutely maddening. You clearly think your customers are complete morons, and frankly, your ads prove it. You have the audacity to claim that if the cost of replacing windows is too high, you have a solution — and that “solution” is to just replace some of the windows. That doesn’t reduce the cost. That’s not a solution. That’s a flat-out lie, and you know it. Then you have the nerve to tell people they don’t have to pay anything upfront and can just “pay down the line” — as though burying yourself in debt is somehow brilliant financial advice. You even claim it “just makes good sense.” Good sense for whom, exactly? You are deliberately targeting people who can’t afford it and pushing them into debt. You are no better than the predatory gambling apps infecting every teenager’s phone. And then — as if that weren’t enough — you have the gall to claim that replacing windows will basically pay for itself through increased home value. What an absolute load of garbage. The money leaves your pocket immediately, and you won’t see a penny of return until the day you sell your home. Why not be honest for once and admit that spending $50,000 on windows will increase your home’s value by a fraction of that? Because honesty doesn’t sell, does it? Having to sit through these shameless, manipulative ads being replayed on television over and over again is truly disgusting. Your dishonest commercials force me to change the channel every single time. And Anne Romer — you should be deeply embarrassed. This is what your career has come to?
