Just had Service Tech Jose Landazuri replace a broken window locking mechanism. Jose was very professional and was able to replace the lock in a matter of minutes. Renewal by Anderson is very fortunate to have an employee like Jose and I feel lucky to have a company like Renewal by Anderson that backs up their products. Thanks very much, Michael Drake.

The initial installation of window service was a good experience a year ago. However, the after service was challenging to deal with; no reply to messages or returned calls which was disappointing considering they were attentive prior to installation. On a positive note I want to give a rave review to Jose Landazuri on the service technician who replaced my glass & panel sliding door after my home breakin. He was very attentive and meticulous and did a great job hence the 5 ⭐️.

I'm giving Andersen windows a 5 star review because the window is lovely and the service was pretty white glove, even for my single window replacement. The windows are pricey but I think they are worth it. However, they do kind of harass you for reviews...

Jacob came to install a foot lock on my pathio door and they're a wonderful job. He even did some touch a paint on my front door sweeper. Thank you, renewal, by Anderson, I love my new windows and doors.

We had our Bay window replaced. The crew did an excellent job with the specialized fabrication pieces and the installation of the whole window system. The work was conducted on one of the hottest days of the summer so far, but it did not deter the crew from continually working towards the completion of the project. These gentlemen were truly committed to providing an excellent Bay window replacement project.

Jose L. from Renewal by Andersen provided outstanding service when he came to fix my window today. He arrived right on time, was professional and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He addressed all of my requests and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
