I had a consultation for replacing 17 windows and was quoted just over $100,000.00 which feels extremely excessive and disconnected from reality. What stood out even more was the heavy emphasis on the company being a billion-dollar business and having “invented” the window. Given that level of success, I would expect pricing that reflects value and fairness for it's customers. Instead, the quote came across as inflated and out of touch with reality. Based on my experience, when compared to other options on the market, this pricing alone was not competitive and ultimately made it difficult to consider them a realistic choice.

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was excellent. The initial visit by sales - Russell, PM - Jim, Admin - Janice and the entire installation team Jesus, Jamie and Fernando. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous, we would highly recommend using Renewal By Anderson.

Jose L., the service technician came and did a great job in adjusting our patio doors hardware and assessing the front entry door lock. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Jose and Vlad installed our new patio doors. We are very happy with the service provided.
