Series 3000 are trash. I spent $2000 on four storm doors, total waste of money. Door doesn't latch shut, they dont give you kick plate for secure locking, and only one retractor instead of two. I previously had Pella, should of stuck with them, much better quality!! When it rains water pours inside storm door too!

We have been happy with the sales representative, window quality, and very happy with the installation. Our sales representative came by after the installation was completed. He answered our follow-up questions and gave us a little thank you gift.

Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. They made sure to answer any questions I had. The installation process went very smoothly and the gentleman that did the install were amazing. My new windows look clean and they make me appreciate my home all over again.
