The entire process from the first meeting was informative, pleasant and with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The representative who came to our house for our initial meeting discussed our options and cost. He was very pleasant and respectful. At no time during what was a very lengthy and detailed conversation was he ever forceful. To the contrary, he made clear we should take whatever time necessary to make our decision, and he would gladly meet with us at a later date. We were given a definitive cost, and guaranteed that price would not change, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances. The installation team certainly were met with challenges that would normally have added to the cost, yet the original cost remained. To further emphasize that point, the installation team were here two days longer than expected, and they worked very hard each day every day. The project manager (Nick) stayed in contact with us throughout the job survey and installation. He made certain we were kept informed of the entire project, to include the building of the windows, the permit status and when the installation team would arrive. Throughout the installation, he made sure we knew the project status, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. The installation team was outstanding! Very professional and respectful. These two men are the guys you want to oversee any projects you ever want to do to your house. They went above and beyond to make certain everything was completed correctly and met our expectations. They were very thorough and throughout the installation they kept us informed of where the job would end each day. Never did we have any concerns about anything. In short, if you’re wanting quality windows and quality installation, look no further than. Certainly there are less costly options, just be prepared for less everything else. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for!

As I said … Is being an excellent experience From the first phone call to ask for a quote then meeting the sales agent and the project manager Roland … the follow up from their office is impecable… installers (Slava and Vasily) were great! Super professional people, clean and respectful… supervisor Keiol also was very good at explaining and closing the deal… this team is the best!
