Third Update: It is now Aug of 2026 and we STILL do not have our permit closed out for the windows. I am hoping this review will get someone to please call me back about this. Second Update: Our install went well and the team who did the work did a great job. The job was closed out, inspections were completed and the permit was supposed to be closed. Over a year later, we are getting calls that our permit was never closed and I can't really get a straight answer from anyone. Luckily we took photos of the windows with the stickers still on them since Anderson does not have them. I am not sure what the status is but am hoping that SOMEONE will respond to me about it. Update: retracting my 5 star review. We placed the order and were supposed to have the windows installed in Jan. - they were pushed off until March. We have had a terrible time getting the project notice of commencement approved. We have submitted notarized paperwork as requested to Renewal. Days go by and nothing. Multiple people keep calling us but all saying different things. The finance company ended up starting our billing even though our JOB IS NOT COMPLETE. I called them to let them know and they said they would hold off on starting our financing and then lied and put in the notes that they spoke with me and I said the job was done. So here we are with unfinished windows, paying for a product that is not complete or even submitted to the county yet. Very frustrating. Please do better Renewal. We had a great experience getting working up our estimate with Colburn and think the quality of the windows look amazing. Excited to get them installed!

I'm highly satisfied with my project done wit renewal by Anderson. Ronald Clarke and crew was great. They showed up on time. Ronald show vast knowledge and experience throughout the project. I highly recommend Ronald's crew for anybody that want their work done efficiently enough the code.

Fantastic organization - kept us informed throughout the process, fantastic product - the windows are impressive, fantastic install team - Horizon was professional, efficient and courteous and fantastic oversight - Mike managed the project and walked us through features and operation! We’re very pleased with our choice of Anderson, for the second time, but now for our second FL home. We’re big fans!

If you are considering purchasing new windows for your home, Renewal by Andersen is the company to use. The quality of the product and outstanding service is clear throughout the process. It was one of the most pleasant experiences, especially with the attention to detail of the installers. A big shout out to Phillip who always had a positive and reassuring outlook throughout the entire process. And he was so meticulous about his work, which added even more comfort knowing he truly cared about the outcome and quality of his work and my home. Each day, my home was left cleaner than what it was when they arrived! In a heartbeat, I would do this all over again!
