Renewal by Andersen installed two replacement windows at my home. Mason Cloud, a designer consultant, was very knowledgeable and pleasant in helping me choose the windows I needed. Jacob and Tyler, the installers, were very pleasant, did a great job of installation, and were very neat in cleaning up. Jacob did a very thorough job of explaining how the windows worked. I would definitely buy Renewal by Andersen windows again. They offer an excellent product.

Love my new doors, they are perfect. We had to change the installation date serveral times because of the weather and my husband was in the hospital and my whole family had that terrible flu in January. When the installation was done, it was completed in one day and all the guys were very polite and nice to be around.

We had Chad come out tonight to talk about getting new windows for our home and he was the most friendly, helpful, and respectful person we've had the pleasure of working with. While we are currently still in the process of trying to get financed I would reccomend this company for their open honesty and friendly employees who clearly love the company they work for. If you get the chance to work with Chad definitely take the opportunity!!

As a first time home owner I chose Renewal by Andersen to replace doors and windows because I had heard about them over the years and thought they had a good reputation, but my experience has been a complete nightmare, beginning with the disastrous installation, confirmed both by my salesperson and their top quality control inspector, who used to own his own highly successful door and window shop, and by my own general contractor, who is a master carpenter, all of whom found an endless litany of shoddy workmanship everywhere they looked! And then continuing to the complete lack of follow up after their inspector, who said it was the worst installation he had ever seen, assured me as we said goodbye that they would be all over this, and they would not stop until it was made right; fast forward two weeks and I have not heard a peep from them, and I'm having to reach out to my salesperson repeatedly to find out what in the world is going on with my promised repairs? So, in conclusion, I wholeheartedly cannot recommend Renewal by Andersen, located in Earth City, Mo, for your door and window projects, they are an absolute disgrace to the building trades, hire poorly trained, careless installers (at least in my case), and could care less about fixing the complete mess they made of my new property, all their promises and pretenses to the contrary notwithstanding, so in a city full of other options, do yourselves a favor and choose a door and window installer that hires well trained, professional installers, and one that stands behind their work, not the hacks at Renewal by Andersen, who, in my experience, are great at making the sale, but that's when the problems and headaches begin, and good luck trying to get them to make good on their shoddy workmanship!
