Bob Grone waa the absolute best! He came in and got down the business. He spoke with my husband and I about the company and the window products. By the end of our meeting we were sold. Bob made us feel like we were in great hands for this new home project. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Our sales consultant and designer from Renewal by Andersen was Lindsey Gassoff. She was wonderful!! Lindsey helped us pick out just what we were looking for and they came and installed these gorgeous windows and we are extremely pleased with the results! The windows are beautiful, well-made, and have completely updated the look of our home. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and took great care to protect our home while they worked. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished and answered all of our questions. From the initial consultation through the final installation, the entire process was smooth and well organized. We appreciate the quality of the windows and the craftsmanship of the installation. We would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking for high-quality replacement windows.

Update: The owner, Paul Birner and his sons, responded stating that he is committed to my satisfaction, which is a pathetic lie, nobody has reached out to me 16 days after the staining was completed, and I just found large gaps in the miter joints of the casing, so I cannot state more emphatically, if you value your wallet, and your sanity, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONTEMPTIBLE COMPANY, they don't give a damn about their customers once the contract is signed, and you might be one of the lucky ones that gets a decent installation from the beginning, but if you get a hack crew like I did, you're screwed, full stop, and The Birner Group is a disgrace to the construction trades! Update: The repairs and staining of my completely disastrous doors and windows installation is finally completed, 5 months after the original installation, and nobody has reached out to check in with me to make sure I am completely satisfied, which I absolutely am not until they credit me 25% of the contract fee (a total bargain in light of how poorly this entire job has been handled, from installation to horrific customer service) for the nightmare they put me through these past 5 months (and replace the two screws in one of the door handles with damaged threads), and for the 5 month delay they caused me with regard to the rest of my renovations, as my intention from the beginning was to have the doors and windows completed before moving on with the other improvements, so I cannot state more strongly that if you value your sanity, and your self respect, look elsewhere for doors and windows as Renewal by Andersen is great at making the sale, but you will be in need of some serious psychotherapy before you ever receive what you paid a small fortune for if you receive the same treatment I, and many others have complained about, and if they only spent a fraction of what they are spending on television advertising on installation training and customer service, all of this could have been avoided, but sadly to say, they don't give a damn about the customer experience, so caveat emptor..."let the buyer beware" with Renewal by Andersen! Original Review: I chose to go with Renewal by Andersen to replace doors and windows in my new condo because I had heard about them over the years and thought they had a good reputation, but my experience has been a complete nightmare, beginning with the disastrous installation, confirmed both by my salesperson and their top quality control inspector, who used to own his own highly successful door and window shop, and by my own general contractor, who is a master carpenter, all of whom found an endless litany of shoddy workmanship everywhere they looked! And then continuing to the complete lack of follow up after their inspector, who said it was the worst installation he had ever seen, assured me as we said goodbye that they would be all over this, and they would not stop until it was made right; fast forward two weeks and I have not heard a peep from them, and I'm having to reach out to my salesperson repeatedly to find out what in the world is going on with my promised repairs? So, in conclusion, I wholeheartedly cannot recommend Renewal by Andersen, located in Earth City, Mo, for your door and window projects, they are an absolute disgrace to the building trades, hire poorly trained, careless installers (at least in my case), and could care less about fixing the complete mess they made of my new property, all their promises and pretenses to the contrary notwithstanding, so in a city full of other options, do yourselves a favor and choose a door and window installer that hires well trained, professional installers, and one that stands behind their work, not the hacks at Renewal by Andersen, who, in my experience, are great at making the sale, but that's when the problems and headaches begin, and good luck trying to get them to make good on their shoddy workmanship!

Excellent work and very professional

Eli and his team were super professional and did an outstanding job in installing our new windows. It was a major investment and we were a little concerned until we saw the quality of the product and the professionalism of the team installing them. We recommend Renewal by Anderson with absolutely no reservations. It is a wonderful product and we have not been able to cover other windows since installed because they are so beautiful.
