I don't know where to begin..damages to our property, damaged products installed and no mention of replacements until I called to complain. We're now waiting for replacement parts to arrive and someone to come to our home a "fix" the work done!!! Our job was a little over $66k and for everything we've dealt with we've been offered a $250 gift card for our inconvenience and we received a box of cookies (which they send to everyone) that we threw away.... No credit or adjust to the cost only a passive apology and a comment that they hope we'll love everything when they're done!" The crew that came and dismissed the damages by saying nothing said "You're going to receive a survey about the job we did, if it was great we'd appreciate it if you'd complete it and if not just ignore it!!!" They're not slow in billing and nobody has accepted responsibility for all we've endured. I would love for someone from They're corporate office to contact us not someone sending an email apologizing for our experience and ending the call with she has no authority to issue any reduction in the cost...why waste the email!!!!

We just had our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson, they were a little pricey for us, but we are very happy with them. Our sales rep., Jeremy Roth did a good job explaining the merits of the windows before we purchased and then checked in with us as we were waiting on delivery and throughout the process. We appreciated that! We’re writing this for another reason though. Jeremy described the process as a crew would arrive and complete installation in one to two days. The installation day came ( it was extremely hot at this time) and Alan Null, our installer arrived alone. His partner was on family leave, but Anderson was going to send him help. I could not imagine how one person could install alone. Our windows are fairly large. Before his help got there Alan had already removed and put in a couple of windows. The additional young man helped for the afternoon, but they were still far from done. Alan apologized for the lack of help, but took it in stride. He worked consistently all afternoon without breaks. The next day there was no one to help. Alan arrived on time with a great attitude and worked alone all afternoon, again consistently without breaks. For three days Alan worked like this, never complaining about the lack of help and always rather cheerful with a positive attitude! We’ve had workers before that when a challenging situation occurred have handled it either by complaining or just a soured attitude, not Alan. We wanted to recognize Alan’s good work and his ability to adapt to a challenging situation with an impressive and positive attitude. Renewal by Anderson is lucky to have an employee like Alan, we hope he’s recognized for his good work, but more importantly for his positive attitude and strong work ethic. Thank you Alan for all your hard work and for making a rough situation so much better!

I received notice of the days scheduled for my windows to be replaced approximately one month before which gave me plenty of time to prepare my home for the team to replace my windows. Two days were scheduled for the work. The install was cancelled for the first day due to weather (heavy rains). The guys showed up on time the second day and knocked out the job out the same day. Every person on the team was personable and courteous. They laid down runners to protect my floors before they started work, and walked through my home with me to get an idea of the work to be done. They worked fast, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they finished. Before they left, I was shown how to operate the windows including the tip in option for easy window cleaning. :). The windows are fantastic!! I began to feel the temps (air conditioner) in the rooms were more consistent throughout the rooms almost immediately. The aluminum wrapping on all the exterior frames look great and will keep this old lady from having to get up on a ladder to scrape and paint.

Very Pleased with the Design and Quality of the windows and especially the installation team's dedication to craftsmanship and professionalism that were assigned to my project! Their attention to detail was superb! We experienced a minimal about of disruption to our household during the window installation and the cleanup effort following the completion of our project was excellent.

Jeremy Roth was amazing. Loved the Anderson Renewal windows. Very good quality. Jeremy explained everything, listened to our concerns and helped us through the process.
