Window & Door Replacement in Maryland-Heights, MO

I had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen of St Louis replacing my three upstairs windows. The product is high quality and looks amazing. Everyone I interacted with through out the company was professional and friendly, from the sales guy, to the office staff, down to the installer. Definitely recommend them!

Bob Grone did an excellent job of explaining the products and was thorough in measuring our windows and getting our price point to what we needed. I’m in love with all of the natural light the new windows provide and it’s already helped with our air conditioning not running so much. I’d also like to add that the installers were stellar and very helpful to answer any and all questions. They arrived at 7:30 and were packed up and done by 2:00 for 14 windows!

I had my windows installed on a Thursday the next day one of the handles fell off. I’ve been trying for three weeks to contact someone no one calls back. I still haven’t even got a service call scheduled. It is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with everyone, I’ve talked to said they will call me back and take care of it. No one follows through no one does a thing they transfer me and that’s it The warranty was a big selling point and it’s a joke Would not recommend this company to anyone if the windows weren’t already installed I would send them back

I had a really wonderful design consultant, Jim Turkal. We had a great meeting regarding replacement of 3 sliding glass doors in my home. The visit was totally painless, informative and easy to understand. Everything was explained beautifully and all my options were laid out. Jim was so nice, professional, and patient. I felt totally confident making my decision and going forward with this purchase, feeling very confident in the Renewal by Andersen products and services. I'm looking forward to beautifully done new sliding doors, perfect installations, and a future without the worry or concern of these improvements to the house being on hold. Already, I think I'm a fan!
