Scratches on trim , charged twice for windows 4 windows are not worth over 1200 dollars People doing the work were friendly and did a good job other than scratches on trim.
Triston Cole came to our home on time with all the materials needed to show what was available for the door in our walkout basement. He was very personal and professional and explained the reason Anderson windows and doors are the best for the money. Very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend the company and Triston Cole to friends and family.

We had a big window installed with 2 sliding windows on the side. The installer Vitaliy was on time, very professional. Looking fantastic and full clean up at the end. Highly recommend them

Awarding two stars at this point because it could go up or down depending on what happens next. We had a full set of windows, 18 of them I believe, installed 6 years ago. There were problems with water leakage, poor fit, window operation issues, and lousy outside integration into our brickwork. They satisfactorily serviced all issues at the time except for the poor brickwork and mortar; after a failed remediation attempt I had a mason just fix the issues correctly, which I paid extra to do. They also said the interior frames would be painted to match the moldings; they never were and there were so many other issues we just let it drop. Most recently, the lock handle on a casement window snapped off in my wife’s hand, inside the frame, and we now have no way to open the window. We reported the issue 7-8 weeks ago. It took two weeks for the tech to show up to take a look. He said he needed to order a part. We heard nothing from them for 2 more weeks, when we called them to follow up. They said they had not even ordered the part but would, and would follow up with us, with status. They did not follow up. We finally called the corporate office about 8 days ago, who opened a case, and said that the service manager “had a task on her calendar to call us” the next day. She never called. Called corporate again today and was told that “the service manager had a task to call us today” - don’t know if that meant again, or still. The lack of service follow through, the original poor installation work, and the failure of the hardware are all obvious problems with both the product as well as the service. Very disappointing at this point, not what I would expect from an Andersen-affiliated brand. The jury is still out -waiting for management to call me back “within 48 hours”. We’ll see and then possibly re-rate. Meanwhile we’re without use of this window and cannot open it for nighttime airflow, and two months of warm-to-hot weather have gone by. I doubt I will use this brand or service again.
