Steve Eddy and his crew came into my house and installed all my Windows in the time Paige the Sales Person said he would. Renewal by Anderson is the best and I could see if from when I started with the Sales Rep Paige to their office and the kicker was Steve’s Crew. I was home the entire time the crew were installing my windows. Clean cut crew, they all knew what to do and Steve ‘ The Boss” a Military veteran had the respect of every Crew member but very soft spoken. His guys when seeing me always was a yes sir or no sir that had to come Steve and his military background. They cleaned up every night and were great to work with. I have heard stories about other window replacements and all the problems. I knew going with the best high end windows I would have no problems and I did not have any issues. Windows are in and I am ready for the next Hurricane here in SWF. Thank You Steve and Paige for an experience with Renewal by Anderson a 10 out of 10 positive experience. Cheers!

I wrote an unhappy review recently because the financial bank used did not report the fact that I paid off my "loan" 10 months before it was due. My FICO score has recently changed but it is still not back to where it was before I purchased windows. I am very happy with my windows and also with the timely response to my previous review. I would recommend that buyers consider another bank. The windows are great and the work was done well.

Victor, Alex and Tony were great. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They did excellent work and cleaned up everything before they left. They kept me informed every step of the way and called each day to tell me when they would arrive. I couldn’t be happier with their work and my new windows.
