All my furniture close to the to be renewed windows, pictures on the walls, dining table and chairs got covered with plastic to be protected from debris and dust. The floors got covered with runners, which showed afterwards how much dirt they had caught during the day.

Lazaro was the EPITOME of Customer Service!!!!! I would give 10 Stars if I could! So personable, called to say exactly when he was arriving, showed up exactly on time, explained how the windows should be opened. I was never explained correctly before. He never made me feel foolish or dumb... Lol... Very kind & caring individual. Don't ever let him go! What a GEM!

Had RbA install a hurricane rated entry door and Lazaro Pomares returned to work site to make further adjustments and replace some hardware to better color match my decor.

After years of procrastinating in duct, taping crank windows .... we decided to make the investment of all new windows and doors for the entire house. From the very beginning, the excellent salesperson who explained and demonstrated all the benefits of Renewal By Anderson windows and frame frames and comparison with others....... to the discounts including military discount and the installation and project management customized website to follow our project from the manufacturer of the windows all the way to installation the entire process was flawless .... We were frankly very impressed with the installation team. They were amazing!!!very fast efficient and organized like a well oiled machine. I anticipated there being a lot of dust everywhere !NOT the case! They covered everything up and I don't have any dusting to do. It's amazing. I can't even believe it. The installers were absolutely fantastic. The the sliding windows and doors on the lanai 100 times better than the ones they replaced their heavy weight. The handles are economically placed higher than what used to be there and they made it to the door so we don't have to worry about them getting loose and falling off like the ones that they replaced . The windows are attractive and look very heavyweight. Great quality.. The house was built in 1988 and the windows were the original windows and doors. Now the house is extraordinarily quiet. You can't feel the heat coming in from the sun. They're beautiful and I can't wait to get the electric bill. I know it will drop dramatically. Super pleased with every aspect, including the project managers, and how they always kept in touch with us, The installers were amazing. ust amazing super pleased with Renewal By Anderson and happy with our choice you get what you pay for.! Sometimes it cost a little more to get the best. However, we've learned through experience. You may be able to find something cheaper, but in the end you pay more when you have a lot of problems I'd rather go with Renewal By Anderson a reliable company that's been around forever with a superior product.
