This team were very courteous throughout the installation. They were knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. Asked questions of the owner when they wanted to make sure I understood everything they were doing.

I am changing my rating because the "bank" that Renewal by Andersen hooked me up with drastically changed my FICO score. It has ALWAYS BEEN OVER 800 and now (even though I paid the "loan" off ELEVEN months early my FICO score is now in the 700. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FICO SCORE. This is absolutely ridiculous and I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!!!

My experience was absolutely the best. From the time for arrival, the communication, the team work and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Kelly was really great. She showed us the different kinds of windows we could get, explained everything and it was a pleasure working with her. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make the right decisions. She took the time to come back and do all the measurements inside and out of all the windows we are replacing. She is very professional and likes to get to know her clients which I think that is very important. It was a pleasure meeting her and visiting with her.

I was so happy to see Eric coming to do my service call today. He has been here in the past and is very professional, pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was so nice that he remembered us from before as well. Bonus that made my day was that he remembered my fur babies 🐾🐾
