Ron was very personable and informative. He managed to measure and check out the windows we will be replacing.both inside and outside, even when covered in snow. He explained the wood working that will be needed and answered every question I had. I would recommend him to anyone.

Matthew and his partner did an amazing job installing 9 new windows in our very old house! They were on time, courteous and were clearly experts at window installation ! They did a great job cleaning up too! We love our new windows! Would highly recommend!

I have been trying to get my window screen installed properly for over 3 years. They came out in 2022 to replace 3 large windows in my living room that had been sealed shut by a flipper. Either my husband or I have had to take time off work (super easy and not at all inconvenient to our commands when we need to do this— please read that with dripping sarcasm—) each of the half dozen or so times we’ve had to have Andersen out. The window is measured, and screen is measured when it’s manufactured, and somehow it never fits. First two times, I was told the window was too big to have a screen put in it (which is funny because it’s smaller than my sliding door,) and during the second appointment, I was told that there is nothing anyone could do. I gave up for a while and then realized I PAID FOR THESE WINDOWS and I should be able to use them. One of us now has to take yet ANOTHER day off because they can’t get it right. We’ve taken several days off for them to cancel on us, or to bring out more screens that do not fit. They’ve offered me 500 credits “toward a future repair or purchase,” which is a slap in the face. I just want to be able to open the windows I paid for. The people who handle customer service calls are fantastic, but the product as far as I’m concerned is low quality (again, because I can’t use it and they can’t figure out how to make a screen fit a window they custom built, which is wild.) One star, do not recommend, they should be ashamed of themselves. Nobody there seems to be concerned that they’re providing half a product that was paid for in full.
