1st door installed wrong installer was not experienced, different installer came back to fix couple weeks later paid a lot of money expected much more....2nd door main front door ended up defective they came back removed and reinstalled overall for cost I was not satisfied...They have reached out to me and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction

We had some problems with our front door project, Ivan came out to consult and address our concerns. He was very thorough and accommodating and although the work isn’t completed yet, I was pleased with what he said about what would be done to make us happy customers. Thank you Ivan

Chuck came out to check the loose locking mechanism on our slider. I thought it was breaking but he explained that it was normal wear on this part. He took the part off & showed me why it was loose & then put it back on. No charge for the visit.
