We have an extensive southern exposure on one side, so all of our windows were warped and had lost the seal between the panes. We also had an original sliding glass door with a blown seal. While we appreciated the privacy afforded us by the "frosted" slider, we could physically feel a draft in the winter from windows and door. I'm always leary of in home sales people, but Scott put us right at ease from the get go. It turns out we have a shared friendship with Silas Hart, who was Scott's boss. My wife and I felt like we were treated as people, not just another sale. And that was true from the in home presentation to the measuring with Ivan (who stopped by during the install) and the installation process. The installation was great. Jose and Kiki were very nice, professional, clean and efficient! Clearly they care about their work and the people their work impacts. The dust generated was contained and kept to an absolute minimum. They were friendly and accommodating in all aspects, all day long. They were here by 8:30, and we're done by 6:30. I requested they send the trim early so I could paint it before installing. RbA accommodated. I mistakenly painted some trim that was supposed to go inside the same exterior dark brown paint. Instead of needing to repaint the trim with multiple coats of white, Jose was able to switch it with some trim he had on his truck. And he and Kiki even touched up the cut ends of the exterior trim with my left over brown paint. On a personal note, RbA sent a condolences card and beautiful memorial gift on the loss of my father. I truly felt as though we were treated more than "just another job" by the whole RbA team. First class all the way. I know price can be a factor for many, but based on this experience in its entirety, it was well worth it!

The Project Consultant Mitch and the Install Project Manger Robert visits to my home were pleasant, respectful and they listened. They did not push. They are responsive to my questions in person and by text. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I am excited to have my replacement windows installed.
