I got new exterior doors and one storm door. I contacted my salesman because the paint on my storm door was peeling on both sides of the door. I called service and I scheduled an appointment for service. Chuck, our service tech, was friendly and professional. He replaced our storm door and did it in a timely manner.

SIX STARS****** Just posting to say how great our two installers were for our 14 new windows from Renewal By Andersen. It was truly a seamless experience from beginning to end. Vitalii Zimokha and Yulian were consummate professionals with solid experience and really spot on customer relations talent. They explained how they planned to do the work and communicated very very well throughout the two day install. They were willing to talk a bit and share past experiences and listen to our concerns with great interest in getting the job done to company standards and with our requests worked in. They were the most patient and careful contractors we have ever hired. We asked them to be careful of our waxed wooden floors and not to get them wet. They took many extra precautions to do this for us. The clean up left the house in better shape than when they started.
