I recently had all new windows installed in my home by Andersen, and I am extremely pleased with both their appearance and performance. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took great care to protect my furniture and flooring during the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new ones. During the removal process, a crack appeared in the sheetrock due to a corner protection strip that had not been properly secured by the original home builder. The installation foreman promptly addressed the issue by securing the strip, applying joint compound, sanding the area, and even going to Home Depot to purchase matching paint to ensure a seamless repair. Andersen truly went above and beyond, and I would confidently recommend Andersen Windows to anyone considering new windows for their home.

We just finished having all 12 of our windows and our sliding back door installed by Renewal by Andersen of Southern Louisiana, and I seriously cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Felipe, our master installer, was absolutely incredible. He and his crew were polite, respectful, and so professional, and he kept us informed the whole way through. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work — everything looks flawless, and our house already feels and looks completely transformed. Cody, the project manager, was also fantastic. After our initial sales appointment, he came out and double-checked all of the measurements and caught an error on our door that would’ve caused problems later. Even though it meant the door was actually more expensive, he had the extra cost waived for us, which we really appreciated. He even showed up during installation to make sure everything fit perfectly and was done right. That level of attention honestly meant a lot. Every person I spoke with in the office was also amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they were quick to respond, super friendly, and kept us updated every step of the way. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. Yes, these windows and the door were a big investment (okay… a huge one 😅), but it was 100% worth it. The quality is unreal, and our new house looks absolutely beautiful because of them. Between the craftsmanship, the professionalism, and how smooth the whole process was, we couldn’t be happier.
