Requested a proposal for my mother in law, received 2 proposals for $18K from different vendors, these guys were at over $73.5K for the same job. I have been in construction QC estimating for 26 + years, this is one of the most ridiculous discrepancies I have seen in my career. Get other estimates BEFORE you sign up with this, company. Would leave 0 stars if I could....total joke!
