I am very happy about my new hurricane impact windows and sliding door. Luis and his team showed up on time, covered everything inside with plastic and did very great work. Luis' team was friendly and easy to talk to and explained all details in full. I will definitely recommend Luis and his team for any windows and sliding door replacement needs.

Your representative Celine R. was prompt for our appointment together and flowed through her presentation smoothly. I was able to accomplish that which prompted me to call Andersen and begin process of replacing one bad window in my house!

Had to wait 6 weeks for doors to be built and another several weeks for installation. The product delivered and installed had different colored parts. We had to wait another six weeks for the proper colored parts. Our “concierge” who is useless scheduled the installation first thing in the morning. 3 hours later we are still waiting. 3 stars is a generous rating. They were also extremely expensive despite all the great “deals”
