Good experience,appointment was easy, follow up before arrival. Complete explanation of windows, styles, cost, lots of samples to make choices. Sales rep very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Easy to do business with and our complete process was smooth. Never felt pressured to choose more than we wanted, and we were able to get price info for possible future projects. Our consultant Richard Jastrow was very helpful.
