The professionalism of both Jordon (sales) and Justin (measurement) was outstanding. Both were knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. Getting new windows and doors is such a big decision, it is comforting to work with such trustworthy professionals. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson of South Bend. They have been great to work with.

James and Josh and Shane are totally professional and tacking on another window to the original work order was Painless and my wife and I got the best price in town for the total Replacement of the crappo windows That came with the house when we first took possesion of our house. Plus these dudes have a great sense of humor and did not sell me anything I did not need...if you need window Replacement, I highly recommend calling Andersen first. This is a crackerjack buisness to deal with.

Luke Kreft came to our home today to do the second measurement and to go over everything before Renewal by Andersen placed the order for our new windows. Luke was very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure every detail was addressed. We had a couple windows that were different than the others and he took extra time to make sure all our questions were answered and that we fully understood what we would be getting! He was meticulous with the measurements inside and out! He really knew what he was doing! We truly appreciated his attention to detail! Great experience!

Everyone has been great to work with, from Bailey our sales rep, to Cameron who came out to measure. Cameron was right on time and did a great job measuring and cleaning up the area afterwards. He explained exactly what we were getting and was very professional.

First let me say we do love our windows and the installation was great. Except……for the patio door. We had it installed in May of 2025. The little plastic cheap lock on the screen door broke off and when we called for service were told that we would have to wait until July 23 fora replacement. That is a whole month not being able to lock the screen. That is unacceptable. We paid a total of 30k to this company. They also added a metal ledge to the bottom of the door that was not there before and every time we go outside we almost trip! Very poor customer service.

Eric was the gentleman that came out to do the measurements he made the expirence very calm & easy. Eric explained everything to me what he was doing, the ordering process of my sliding glass door to the instalation process. And for an uptight person like me I thank you for that!!
