The sales rep was knowledgeable, informative and not pushy. The person who came to measure was thorough and neat (he put everything back the way it was and even vacuumed up the debris caused by removing the casing). The installers were professional, hard-working and detail oriented. The new bay window is beautiful; you would never know it was a replacement window except for how much better it looks than the old one. The side windows crank open easily and the screens are almost invisible. Yes, it was expensive, but I think it was money well spent on home improvement using a company I could trust to do a good job from start to finish.
