I have had Andersen windows and am very happy with the product. So when I needed more product I called them and they were happy to come out to provide an estimate. Their selling tactics are not so satisfying. They start with a huge estimate and when you begin to protest, they bring out the discounts they can offer. And they offer you a payment plan with an associated business. No sale yet? More discounts if you pay cash. More discounts if you pay in advance. More discounts if you sign on the line today. The whole thing is designed to make you think you're getting a bargain when you'll still pay a significant amount well over the cost of another good window company's product. You only get one chance at the discounts they say. They don't want you to have time to think about how you are being over charged for their product. And you still don't know anything about the installer. I sat through the whole spiel though I knew 5 minutes in that it wasn't a good deal for me. I went with another company who was more transparent in their sales tactics.

Jerry,Malachi,Elias, and Dawson were amazing! They were courteous and efficient. They replaced 9 windows from the 1960’s which included a big picture window. They worked as a team and had all windows in within a day and finished the detailed work the next morning. What a difference these windows have made. Not only to the energy efficiency but also to the look of the house. I would 200% recommend Renewal and this crew to everyone! Thank you so much guys for doing such amazing work!

We are already noticing a huge difference with our new windows. Our home heating efficiency has greatly improved, and we're noticing much higher noise insulation than with the old windows. The installation crew who installed our windows was extremely professional and friendly. They did a marvelous job. The workmanship and attention to detail was oustanding. They answered all of our questions, and we were given a very thorough walk-through and demo of the new windows upon completion.

Dylan and Dawson were great for our installation. They showed up on time. They put down protection on our steps. They cleaned up as they went and left the work spaces looking great. When they were done, they explained how to use our windows including how to remove the screens to clean. Highly recommend.

The installation team was superior . They were organized. Worked as team and used hand signals and completed project in a day. They involved us in the entire process . They reused our new woodwork in kichen an you can not even tell that it was removed. We are so happy we are going to order an entry door too!!!

This was one of the best choices we made for our house. They replaced 3 of our windows with one of them being 135 years old. They even fixed some of the damage in the wall. Dylan, Dawson, and Noah did such a good job of being professional and making the install very easy; only took them a few hours! If you're going to get quotes, have renewal be the last ones to give you a quote because they give amazing discounts if you choose them when they come give you your estimate.

We just had a Renewal by Anderson front window installed by a great team!! We are so happy with our new replacement window, the "High Performance Smartsun" glass makes a big difference on that south-side.
