The installers, Dawson and Blayne, were great! They asked questions when needed and let me know of any modifications they had to make before installing our new windows. They look awesome! They treated our home like it was theirs and clean-up was professional and thorough.

This is the 2nd time I have gotten windows from Renewal by Anderson and I am so pleased. Windows are fantastic, but even better, is the service. Dylan, Dawson and Blayne are so good. They work steadily and explain what they’re doing as they go. They clean everything up so it doesn’t even look like they’ve been there. All three are pleasant; however Dylan was the one who showed us how each window worked and made it look so easy. I will need to buy some more windows next year and definitely will ask for Dylan and his crew. SO PLEASED!!!

The whole experience was first class. We had other companies estimate the project for us, and compared to Andersen they fell way short. The Andersen representative had a computer with, measured all the windows, did some calculations and left us with the final price before he left. The other companies just didn't have that level of detail in their estimate. Then the crew that did the work was great, they communicated with us, worked around obstacles in our schedule, and also did great with the building inspector. The final product is something we enjoy, we comment often to each other how much we like the windows, and what they add to the house.

Justin was great to work with, he helped talk our residents through the process, worked with the Historical Society to ensure we were doing right by our building & the install process with John went great!

I have had Andersen windows and am very happy with the product. So when I needed more product I called them and they were happy to come out to provide an estimate. Their selling tactics are not so satisfying. They start with a huge estimate and when you begin to protest, they bring out the discounts they can offer. And they offer you a payment plan with an associated business. No sale yet? More discounts if you pay cash. More discounts if you pay in advance. More discounts if you sign on the line today. The whole thing is designed to make you think you're getting a bargain when you'll still pay a significant amount well over the cost of another good window company's product. You only get one chance at the discounts they say. They don't want you to have time to think about how you are being over charged for their product. And you still don't know anything about the installer. I sat through the whole spiel though I knew 5 minutes in that it wasn't a good deal for me. I went with another company who was more transparent in their sales tactics.

Jerry,Malachi,Elias, and Dawson were amazing! They were courteous and efficient. They replaced 9 windows from the 1960’s which included a big picture window. They worked as a team and had all windows in within a day and finished the detailed work the next morning. What a difference these windows have made. Not only to the energy efficiency but also to the look of the house. I would 200% recommend Renewal and this crew to everyone! Thank you so much guys for doing such amazing work!

We are already noticing a huge difference with our new windows. Our home heating efficiency has greatly improved, and we're noticing much higher noise insulation than with the old windows. The installation crew who installed our windows was extremely professional and friendly. They did a marvelous job. The workmanship and attention to detail was oustanding. They answered all of our questions, and we were given a very thorough walk-through and demo of the new windows upon completion.

Dylan and Dawson were great for our installation. They showed up on time. They put down protection on our steps. They cleaned up as they went and left the work spaces looking great. When they were done, they explained how to use our windows including how to remove the screens to clean. Highly recommend.
