A few warranty repairs were handled in an entirely professional manner and to our complete satisfaction by the assigned technician, Victor. Several visits were necessary to coordinate the repairs and Victor managed identifying the necessary parts, ensured everything was ordered and then installed properly. The repair involved a degree of craftsmanship well beyond simply replacing a part or two and Victor handled it like the pro he certainly is. The repairs were somewhat extraordinary and don’t detract at all from our confidence in Andersen Windows. Again, a great representative and technician Andersen has in Victor—
