Renewal by Andersen of San Diego (RbA-SD) installed two beautiful sliding glass doors for us ... thoughtfully designed, solid, well-built ... and the install team was polite, professional, & courteous, as was the initial salesmen, who cold-called at our front door, and also met in our home to discuss options and close the sale. Everyone was great. But with any construction or renovation projects, we've come to understand throughout the years, that there can be glitches that need addressing. And, we've also learned that once a company gets their check, suddenly you can find a MIA customer care team that ghosts you. NOT SO with RbA-SD! Even though some of the glitches were minor, they treated us like we were still important to them, and gave us MORE 5-star service...from the front desk phones, to the customer care team, to offering above and beyond options and suggestion -- lots of appreciated hand-holding through it all. It culminated today when they sent out their specialty craftsman Victor Palencia to finalize it all with a few minor tweaks and adjustments, whose work and craftsmanship brought the final install up to 100%, 5-stars, A+++ satisfaction! All concerns resolved. A big TY to all at RbA-SD who touched our job in both big and small ways.

Home entry door system. Our experience with this team of experts beginning with Dean at sales, John and his team at install, Jerrod during follow up and Caesar master carpenter and painter has been 5 star excellent from beginning to finish. Thank you all for a fantastic job and excellent work.

My grandmother needed touch up work for a reckless installation of her new door. Raoul did a great job with the sanding and painting touch up work! I highly recommend him.
