Fantastic service! My two Renewal by Andersen patio door locks were sticking/catching & not opening properly. The repairman adjusted the locking mechanism & fixed the locks on both doors, & he will be replacing the metal lock strip on the other door. While he was here he took a look at one of our Andersen windows that was catching occasionally. He made a quick adjustment & fixed the problem. My husband & I love our Andersen windows & doors!

We have not received the front door that we ordered, but so far our salesman did an excellent job informing us on the product and process of the job. Will add photos when door is finished.

Abby Gower was prompt and spent sufficient time to ensure that we received full information about the product and options. We were able to make both immediate plans and long-range plans. She was thorough, professional, and engaging.

Absolutely awesome install and quality. Do not listen to the sales person get triple pane windows instead of double pane. It will make a big difference. But regardless the quality is really really good.
