These guys sent a solicitation letter addressed to my wife's dead mother that arrived the day after Christmas. She never lived here while she was alive, we didn't even buy our current house until 5 years after Moms passed away. This was a blatant plot to convince us to open a piece of spam mail for overpriced windows (they quoted my dad $11,000 a couple years ago to replace a sliding door that I sourced from Window Depot for $1200 and installed in 2 hours myself), and it left my spouse in tears just seeing it for obvious reasons. I understand marketing people have neither shame nor souls, but this was lower than low...

The installers were very courteous and professional. Cassie Sheetz is very knowledgeable. She explained to us the whole process. She was willing to help us through process but everything went smoothly without any glitch.

Jennifer was detailed during her presentation, she explained all the materials, process, and the values of her company. She made an effort to try and teach me about home improvement projects and why certain choices should matter.

It’s nice to see these positive reviews which is one of the reasons I chose RBA for my project. However, my windows and front door project had mixed results. So far, I am pleased with the windows, which is the reason for 2 stars. The front door is a complete disappointment. There is a problem with the door handle loosening to the point where it is literally hanging from the inlet. After contacting the company they sent someone out to fix the problem. He did what he could, but we were told that it would probably happen again because this was an ongoing problem with these doors. Needless to say, the handle loosened again after a few weeks. I called again to complain and someone else came out to “fix it.” It was a repeat of the first time and again we were told that the problem was a defect and that it will continue to happen. The individual suggested this was something clients should be made aware of. My project is less than a year old. I am extremely disappointed considering the amount of money I paid for this project. It appears that I am now stuck with a defective door which was quite expensive. I will not hire RBA for the remaining windows I need replaced, and I definitely DO NOT recommend them for front door installation based on my experience.
