From start to finish the project was seamless, amazing service from sales. Our project manager Raley Nailed it. He got the measurements down to exact measurements. Which made the install seamless. The whole team and experience was fantastic, skilled and fast and efficient! We are very happy 😃.

We had 29 windows and 3 sliding doors replaced. 8 of our windows are oversized and took extra care to replace. I knew nothing about windows before this project but have learned quite a bit since. Truthfully, these are very nice windows but I don’t think they are worth the cost. They are higher quality than what you get at Home Depot or a third party contractor but still hard to stomach. Expect to spend 3 times your original budget! (For us, it was 6 figures) And with the extra costs the windows are not cleaned and your exterior trim is not painted. This is crazy but they tell you this in their 6 hr sales pitch. I had hired a company to paint the trim on my 30 ft windows after they were installed but unfortunately they mismeasured one of them so project was delayed another month and now I have to rent a scissor lift to paint myself. They installed a sliding door which opened on the wrong side so had to come out and replace that as well. Very very expensive, lots of careless mistakes, lots of dust throughout house, glass not cleaned and trim not painted is reason for 3 stars. The installers were very efficient and still spent 4 days installing, roughly about 40 hrs worth of work. I’d definitely recommend multiple quotes from different vendors and see what you’re getting for your money.

Riley & Stewart were very personable and thorough from the start. Ours is a large job and they went right to work. All the details of each window were reviewed both before their measure and post measure. A few adjustments were made to assist with the smooth operation and maintenance of our new windows which was greatly appreciated. I’m excited to get our new windows and confident in the team managing our project. Renewal by Anderson is the best choice for replacement windows!!
