I was pleasantly surprised, when the installation team showed up 15 minutes into their 2 hour window. I was a little nervous when 3 very young men came out of the vehicles. How much experience can they have? Is the work going to look clean? These young men worked hard, non stop through the entire day (and it ended up being a long day). The lead (I can't remember his name) was very good at his job. He immediately introduced himself and the team, explained what would happen and clearly stated he was the one to talk to if we had any questions. He was there for his team all day, while working hard himself and overseeing their work. The entire team was very friendly, worked hard and did their job well. We love our new windows and door!

Workers are professional and kind. They walked us through every step they were doing. ANSWERED all our questions and concerns. They were great at cleaning up after themselves and just amazing.
