Stephen came to my home for a consultation. He was a wonderful young man to work with. I have never felt so cared for, and listened to in my 75 years of purchasing anything. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in all of his explanations. He was able to show me pictures of other jobs that he has done as well as walk me through the process. If I had any questions at all, he would stop listen to me and would not move on to the next topic until I was completely satisfied. I cannot wait to have my windows and doors installed.

We are so happy with our new Ensemble front door and our new windows that we decided to go ahead and get our other entry door done, as well! Doug Fisher and Renewal by Andersen of Roanoke have gone above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier!

They prey on the elderly and get people who have been drinking to sign contracts then don’t give them a copy, they claim to email it but there is no price. The quoted a 79 year old veteran 1400 and processed a loan for over 15000!!!!

Jeremiah came out and got me a beautiful gliding door. It's the most beautiful easy opening door I've ever owned. The process was great from the Initial appointment to the installation with Christian. Highly recommend these guys.
