Jeremiah drove out 2 hours to help us take care of our door and a window we wanted replaced. He even spoke a little Tagalog which was nice. He was very patient with all of our questions and we had many. Were so excited about having a quality door soon.

I recently had an estimate for replacement windows, the windows were nice, but not within my budget. I called Renewal By Anderson to cancel a second visit by the salesman. The salesman showed up anyway, he was nice when I advised him that we had canceled. Anderson should have ensured he received the cancellation notice and not wasted his time and gas.

Will Stigal came today with Lincoln Miller and spent several hours with us. They were excellent & explained everything thoroughly. Both guys were super nice & professional. In addition, the lady that scheduled our appointment and her attention to detail was also great! We decided to go with Renewal by Andersen-Roanoke, VA location. Can't wait to get our new Andersen windows & door installed!

Nicholas Perrine was Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. Great at explaining the product, process and financial options with patience to my 88 year old father and letting him make decisions without rushing him. That means a lot!!
