Will Stigal came today with Lincoln Miller and spent several hours with us. They were excellent & explained everything thoroughly. Both guys were super nice & professional. In addition, the lady that scheduled our appointment and her attention to detail was also great! We decided to go with Renewal by Andersen-Roanoke, VA location. Can't wait to get our new Andersen windows & door installed!

Nicholas Perrine was Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. Great at explaining the product, process and financial options with patience to my 88 year old father and letting him make decisions without rushing him. That means a lot!! Answered all of our questions and went thru everything very well. He’s the kind of person you want to represent your company and sell your product!! Awesome job from beginning to end!! Can’t wait for the install!

The Design Consultant, Bradley Smalley, has been my introduction to Renewal by Andersen. He reviewed window and door designs, demonstrated the engineering and energy efficiency of the products in a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly manner. At no time did I feel hurried or pressured to make a decision. He has graciously answered a few follow up questions that I had. Bradley has set the bar of expectations very high for the remainder of the project! He is an excellent representative for Renewal by Andersen.

I had an agent come out 3 years ago for a quote. I continue to get constant junk mail two or three times a week from these people. I told them I was not interested. Their prices are three times the price of everyone else.! Not only are they overpriced , they’re super annoying by continuing to send junk mail to my home. RByA could save money on their quotes if they didn’t send out all this junk mail.! Shut it down!

Tom Sand was a wonderful Design Consultant. He prepared me well for further service from Renewal by Andersen. The product is exceptionally well made and cannot be compared to anything else on the market. All persons with whom I interacted were gracious and helpful. Having had other replacement windows, we learned that there is an exceptional difference between Renewal by Andersen and other companies.
