Extremely pleased with whole process. Started off with Chris Wright, my Design Consultant, arriving promptly for our scheduled time which is rare this day and time. He was patient with me and found a design I loved and that fit my budget. Since then, the communication has been perfect and Im now waiting to have my new windows installed. Cant wait to see how good they look and what a difference they will make in my home! Highly recommend Rebewal by Andersen.

We had an excellent experience with our Andersen consult! I never really look forward to having these types of visits for home improvements where it just feels like a sales pitch or you’re just being rushed through, so I was very pleasantly surprised with Renewal by Andersen. Scheduling online was very quick and easy and our consultant Chris Gray was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that my husband and I had. We were very impressed with the product as well as the service. We never felt pressured at all, but equipped with all the information we needed to decide on our project. I didn’t think I could get so excited over windows, but we are really looking forward to this project! Can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Andersen and with Chris! Outstanding job!

Chris Gray was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We got everything taken care of in a single visit. He worked with us to create a project within our budget and we are super excited to have our new windows installed. Great experience!

Andrew has been great. Courteous. Answered all our questions and was very informative. Took the time to backtrack in his presentation if we weren't clear on a detail. Looking forward to installation and hoping installers will be up to his standards.

Jeremiah came out and was great. Everything with the consultation exceeded my expectations. We ultimately decided to do our project in phases but we are so so excited and can’t wait until they are installed. I have no doubt the installation will be seamless!!!!

We had a consultation with Will today and now he feels like part of our family! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful of our time, budget and needs. He was able to answer all of our questions and work within our budget. I can be quite indecisive, but Will was very patient and helped us work through our options . We can't wait for installation to see our new doors and windows.

Chris Gray was lovely to work with for my appointment. He was patient and made sure we found the ideal solution for our window project. We are thrilled with the design process and the buying experience. We can't wait to get our beautiful new Fibrex windows installed. Plus while Chris was here our grocery order was delivered and he even graciouly helped bring it all inside for us. Truly a 5 star experience!!
