Through the whole process, from the person who answered the phone, the person who came to give the estimate, the person who took measurements, and the men who installed the windows. I was treated with respect and friendliness. The windows are beautiful and so easy to clean. I am so happy with the whole experience. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone. I am so happy and so satisfied.

This project was to start early April. After preparing the house for them, something was wrong with the order. Come the beginning of May, there was trim issues, missing windows, doors measured wrong. Here we are at the end of July and the job is still not complete. They offer a 15% discount on my next purchase for all the errors and delays. WHY WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE! I'm rather upset and disappointed

We just had our windows installed and they are amazing. We could hear the difference in windows right away. Our house was so much quieter and our original windows were only 3 years old. The installers were did a great job and were very nice. The woodwork installed around the windows looks amazing. I would highly suggest buying windows from them, they are worth the price.
