Window & Door Replacement in Tigard, OR

**⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)** The windows themselves are good quality and operate smoothly, and we're happy with the finished product in that regard. However, our overall experience with Renewal by Andersen NW fell short of our expectations. One disappointment was the window sills. We were told they would be wide enough for plants, but they are much smaller than we expected. The project also cost considerably more than competing vendors, so we expected a more seamless experience. The scheduling and installation process felt disjointed and took longer than necessary. The most concerning issue was that the installation crew caused damage to our home but did not report it. We only learned about it after noticing the damage ourselves and raising the issue. While Renewal by Andersen NW did agree to compensate us for the repairs, it leaves us wondering whether there were any other installation issues that were not disclosed. We also paid extra to have the repaired area finished with matching siding. Unfortunately, the replacement siding similar—not an actual match—and the repaired boards are noticeable, making the repair easy to identify. While the company ultimately addressed our concerns, the overall experience left us disappointed. Based on our experience, we do not expect to use Renewal by Andersen NW again. We encourage anyone considering this contractor to do their homework, ask detailed questions about the installation process and repair standards, and carefully weigh the higher cost against the overall customer experience before making a decision.

Disclaimer: This review is only about the sale and I will edit the review once window installation is completed. Working with designer Colin was wonderful. Very clear and answered all questions about process, costs, and warranty. Colin even stepped outside a few times so my husband and I could discuss privately so there was no pressure of a sales person hanging on your every word. So far I am very happy with the services provided. Excited for the next step and installation.

I had some damaged windows replaced by RBA, the installation team was top notch. They were respectful of my home, efficient and did a wonderful job. The noise reduction of the new windows are amazing!

Beware: deceptive, eye-catching advertising. Read the fine print before agreeing to their service.

Made an appointment with renew by Anderson a week ahead of time and the day of the appointment they never showed half hour later I called and they said they were on their way and if they weren't on their way to give him a call back so I call back get put on hold happened to wait so I finally hung up and then got a call back from the fellow that I talked to the first time and he made up an excuse and so anyways not very happy with their reviews not very happy with their service and their advertisement what they what they advertise they do not do anyways I just wanted to put my review out there cuz I took the time to wait for them to show and they didn't even show up

I am so tired of the junk mail these people send. I will NEVER do business with a company that send corny fake "important" mail. If your business was really so good you wouldn't have to resort to trickery 🙄🙄🙄

Very pleased with David and there whole team, the installation crew was respectful and did amazing work, I will not be going anywhere else for my future window or sliding door needs!

Had 14 windows replaced on our home. The entire process was excellent. The RbA team members were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The results of our project exceeded all of our expectations.
