We are in the process of replacing our sliding glass door, and working with Nick Grove has been a great experience. Nick was very thorough and professional, taking the time to clearly explain all of our options. He patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. We really appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail.

Our representative was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product, installation process and payment options. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Came to a presentation hosted in a restaurant , listened to the presenter , had dinner and waited … NOBODY came to speak to us . One guy started pulling out the chair across from us and then decided the person a few seats away was more interesting .. he then chatted about golfing .. mentioned that 10 3x5 windows would cost roughly about $21k.. Another guy skipped us altogether , no eye contact and proceeded to speak to the couple next to us . THAT couple stated they only came for the free dinner! The presenter started to speak at one end of the tables and then quit after a few couples . Such a waste of time ! We were actually interested in getting a quote .. at least we got a free dinner from it .

We had a thorough and informative presentation. They fed us a nice meal, and they kept it to a reasonable time. We easily scheduled a follow up for the next day.

I had my front bedroom window replaced and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised by Renewal by Andersen! Very professional, timely, friendly and clean. They really took extra care to keep as less dust as possible and covered my carpets and made a tent around the window. The experience was phenomenal. I am very happy with this company and would definitely recommend. They are expensive, but they have many payment options and you get VIP treatment which is so rare now a days. Thank you Renewal!
