Extremely happy with our purchase of new windows from Renewal by Anderson of Portland. The installation crew was professional, friendly, skilled and fast. We had 10 windows installed and the worksite cleaned up in just one day. They took the time to explain what they did, how to care for the windows and how they work. If I ever need windows again or someone asked if they should consider Renewal by Andersen of Portland, I would definitely suggest they use them.

This review isn't about their services, it's about their marketing. I have never used my email address or my home address or my phone number to request information about home windows. I haven't ever requested info about windows by this company. That doesn't matter. Somehow they've decided that I'm a potential customer and they won't leave me alone. It's borderline harassment. The hundreds of junk emails, the hundreds of junk advertisements in the mail, the texts, the phone calls with someone leaving a message telling me that they've been trying to get ahold of me for some very important information. Even salespeople coming to my house. I've called them telling them to leave me alone and they say they'll stop but they never do. This type of overly aggressive marketing is incredibly obnoxious and completely unacceptable. I don't need windows, but if I did, renewal by Andersen would be the absolute last company I would ever use. There's pretty much no scenario where I would ever give this incredibly obnoxious company one cent of my money.

My experience with Renewal by Anderson of Portland has been really great. They installed a new window a few months ago and today 8/27/26 they installed a new double doors for me. Again they have been really great...

Working with designer Colin was wonderful. Very clear and answered all questions about process, costs, and warranty. Colin even stepped outside a few times so my husband and I could discuss privately so there was no pressure of a sales person hanging on your every word. So far I am very happy with the services provided. Excited for the next step and installation. Windows have now been installed and they are beautiful! The 2 man install team was courteous and worked very clean and fast. I am happy with the results.
