We decided to replace our 30 yr. old front and back doors. From beginning to end, we got exemplary service and help from Renewal! We just got the doors installed and they are gorgeous and so well made! Plus our install crew - David, Neil and Thomas - were so professional. They did a wonderful job replacing the doors, were very careful with caring for our house and even insisted on vacuuming and tidying up themselves when done. We are so happy with the doors we received, the installation, and how great and friendly was the service we received at all times. We cannot recommend Renewal for windows or door replacement enough!

Our Andersen team was headed by Denis Makritskii. Dealing with contractors many times in the past, Denis mad this project extremely easy. His team was on time, professional, respected our home and completed the job as scheduled. During the walkthrough there was one area of concern and Denis noted it to Andersen's main office. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly.

The windows are manufactured to fit perfectly, the form/fit/finish and function are all outstanding. The sales person helped us find the best options for the appropriate window locations and the install crews were quick, thorough and tidy. These windows are flashed, caulked and trimmed better than the old windows when the house was originally built. Renewal by Andersen will be the first and only call if we have future replacement window needs.

I recently attended an informational event hosted in Portland (OR) by a very knowledgeable, dynamic, and engaging woman named Errin. Together with her highly trained and motivated staff, Errin and her team transformed what could have been a rather cut-and-dry business proposal situation into a night of delicious shared food and a no-pressure opportunity to schedule a consultation with an in-house designer .
